As a regular customer, Hairluxe is always satisfied with the quality and service. This time there was a problem with the lack of happy hair bb plasti, but I was offered a replacement — zoom organoplasty premium, which also suited me. I am very pleased that we made a discount as a regular customer, and we provided a sulfate-free shampoo as a gift. The order was placed quickly via WhatsApp, but unfortunately, the delivery by mail took longer than I expected. But overall, I'm happy with the purchase, as always!

After the New Year holidays, I called the store to find out if keratin was available in its original packaging. It turned out that there was only a spill available. As a result, a 500 ml bottle was sent in a production liter package, they have not yet refused and gave a discount on bottling. Thanks!

I have to buy professional hair cosmetics in bulk, and it's good that I found this store. Prices in other places are too high for me, so I appreciate that this store works directly with suppliers, which makes their products more affordable. I added several items to the waiting list, and after five days I received a notification of receipt and was able to place an order. In addition, a brush was attached to the order as a gift, which was a very pleasant surprise!

There was a problem with the composition for keratin straightening. Disappeared from sale. They helped me find a decent replacement here. I took a small sample volume, everything was fine, and then I took it in the usual volume. Thanks to the manager.
