Tea/coffee is always offered here and it is very pleasant, because sometimes I come with a friend and while she is waiting, she can drink coffee and the waiting time decreases and becomes pleasant. As for the masters, they are all very competent, they always warn you what to do / not do after the procedure. And a very good crm system. Before each procedure, I receive notifications in telegrams, by SMS, by mail a day and 2 hours in advance, so as not to miss or accidentally forget. Therefore, absolutely 5 out of 5.
