I would like to note not only the high professionalism, but especially the sensitivity, patience and amazing sensitivity of lawyer Lin Roitman-Noah, who accompanied us during the confirmation of paternity. We are very pleased with how all the processes are fine-tuned. Thanks to this, it took only three months from the opening of the case in court to the final result, along with the DNA donation.
Thanks a lot to Haim and his lawyers, who helped my husband and me get through the stupor. We started the procedure ourselves, I called my husband to Israel, all according to the protocols, but already at the first meeting at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, when the procedure was opened, we were treated with rejection. No one said anything openly, but it was clear that they did not like us, apparently because the spouse is a Muslim. And so it turned out: at the very first interview in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, they began to ask absolutely unacceptable questions about our sex life, about the faith of our spouse, some kind of jokes, attempts to catch someone. As a result, the husband was not given an A5 visa. After that, we contacted Chaim's company, and he personally supervised our business. We came to the next interview together with a lawyer, and the officers seemed to have been replaced. Everyone was as polite and courteous as possible. The husband immediately received an A5 visa. So we continued with our lawyers. Just last week, my husband finally got citizenship! We are happy that this is all over and we don't want to think about what would have happened if we hadn't gone to Haim.
