By Parisian standards, the room is spacious enough with a bathroom. Three steps from the opera and Lafayette, the convenience of the location cannot but please. We arrived late, picked up cheese, slices, a bottle of wine on a tray in a restaurant (a very good restaurant, but it's the norm there) and went upstairs to our room. The staff is friendly and multi-ethnic. The return flight was at 5 a.m. - we warned. A taxi was waiting for us at 4, and we were waiting for croissants - someone rushed from the market with overnight pastries for us. Like that. Someone may not be satisfied with the cost of living.
