Excellent location, a stone's throw from the Sacre Coeur and the Museum of Naive Art, the metro is incredibly close. The building itself is very old, communications have not been changed for a very long time, the rooms smell of old pipes. Great for socks for a couple of days for modest money by Parisian standards.
