Very slow settlement. Tired hotel and staff. the soap dispenser is empty. The safe is locked. I asked for an iron in the room, an employee at the reception took it out and an ironing board and offered me to take it to the room myself, explaining that he did not work at the hotel, but went to check on a friend who was currently away. The guard was present in the reception area during the day, there was no one at night. Whoever wanted to, went to the hotel.
