We come back here all the time. The center of Paris is super located: you can walk everywhere, beautiful storefronts and nice people around. The receptionists are responsive, and if they can't do something for you, then don't worry - they will try to do it. The rooms are large for Paris, they have a kettle and somewhere a coffee machine. And the breakfasts are just great!

The terrible attitude of the staff at the hotel! We arrived at 15 o'clock, check-in at 14. The reception said that they had a problem in the room that needed to be fixed, which would take 3-4 hours..we were not provided with another room, they said we could change clothes on the floor.... It's just awful!!! There was nothing but apologies. Returning in the evening, we were given a room at the 11th!!!! A double room with one bed is 11m., considering that we ordered with two different beds (two adults) for 3 months. By all indications, it was clear that the room belongs to the category of single rooms, because there was one narrow closet, one bedside table, it was impossible to move around the room except to squeeze between the window and the bed. All requests were refused, the hotel did not provide anything except - "contact your operator." The attitude is boorish..... The hotel is located in the center, so it was always noisy with the windows open.. Absolutely not worth the money

The hotel is well located, but the management is terrible! They are placed after 17!!! And we were put in a room of a different category, after swearing the next day we were moved, but considering that we arrived for 3 days, it was all very inconvenient! The breakfasts are average, plus only that you can make yourself freshly squeezed juices from different vegetables. And everything is very shabby and we were in May - repairs were underway on all floors in some rooms: dirt, noise and an elevator that never works ☹️
