I visit this car wash very often, there are always places if you wait a little) I would like to ask a question - is it possible to wash the underground space with an engine? Are there any rules against doing this?

A good self-wash. The queue is moving fast. The foam is thick. There is a portable vacuum cleaner. The price seems a bit expensive. I don't know how much money goes out per second. But they end quickly 😀 The place for drying and wiping cars is wide. Check-in and check-out are clean.
