February 21
We stayed at this hotel for a week in February. The feelings were very twofold because of the theft in this hotel!!!! (((((( The only time they left a backpack in the closet, hidden behind things, was for just an hour in the evening, it did not provide for the fact that there was some money in dollars. As a result, $1,500 was stolen. We assume that it was the staff who prepares the room for bed in the evening. The terribly unpleasant situation left a bad impression on this hotel. That is, the staff went out constantly rummaging through our things in the closet for almost a week, and it was worth one day before leaving not to foresee the situation as they robbed us, that is, they climbed every day hoping to find something. I hope the hotel will sort out this situation!!! After all, it's about the rating and reputation of the hotel!!!! As for the hotel itself, it is located in the very center-5 minutes and the Venetian Square, 15 minutes the Trevi Fountain, 10-15 minutes and the famous Via Del Corso with shops. It's very convenient to walk to everything. The hotel itself is small and very cozy. It's very clean inside. The rooms are small, but very cozy, although we had a view of the neighboring wall of the house. The bedding was clean, but the pillows and mattress were not very comfortable, and they made my whole body feel numb. There is a coffee maker, coffee and cream in the room. Two bottles of San Benedetto water. Water and all coffee accessories were supplied in abundance all the time. The bathroom is also clean and tidy, with a shower and a bidet. The only thing is, for the entire stay at the hotel, they only put a cosmetic bag with accessories for two people, so it's better to do everything from home. The number evoked a very good feeling. We took breakfast. The breakfasts are basically good. You won't stay hungry. There is everything. Partly buffet, partly menu. Eggs on the menu in various flavors-poached, scrambled, fried, scrambled, or with a sandwich. The only thing you can order, apparently, is just one thing, although the waiters said there were no restrictions. But when ordering two items, for example, eggs and a sandwich were always brought, only one thing. You can also order pancakes with different fillings and waffles. There is no freshly squeezed juice on the table, but if you ask, they will bring you half a cup. Oh, so there are several types of cheese, ham, sausage in the slicing. Yogurt in cans, both with and without additives. Vegetables -tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce leaves. Fruit:tangerines, kiwi, melon, grapes, pineapple. Toasts, pasta in jars to go with it. Coffee, tea, rolls, bread rolls. You won't stay hungry at all. The only negative is that the staff is not efficient. They asked for lime or lemon, but they didn't bring it. The dishes are not cleaned at all!!! If there was very little room for two, you just had to unload the dirty dishes on the neighboring tables, and there they remained standing until the last. We also had to take clean cutlery ourselves from neighboring tables. All the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Upon departure, we were presented with a small bottle of olive oil, soap and a magnet. It was a pleasure.
