According to the reviews of the laying teams, the quality is good. Therefore, I bought 100 squares of old town tiles here - 7 colors.
To be honest, I liked everything, even surprisingly all the stages went very smoothly.
1. The company's website turned out to be very convenient for me.
2. I called the manager back and in a conversation he told me that prices would rise from Monday, I was afraid that as well as wood and metal, and decided not to wait for next week (as it turned out later, the increase was not significant, but it turns out I saved 100 rubles)
3. Arrived, issued. The design is certainly not fast... but I understand that this is not a store. The manager, the accountant, the registration of invoices ...
4. Since I did not plan to buy that day, I did not think about who else would deliver it all to me. But they have a list of carriers with manipulators. The leaves were specially printed out, and I was free to pick up and call around. These leaves are such a small thing, but very convenient. And I noticed quite a lot of such pleasant little things there.
5. I found a carrier. A guy came (he and his father work together). And then he managed the entire process of processing invoices and loading), and I rested. By the way, he unloaded at the highest level. I did not think that manipulators could do this, but in the most difficult conditions (wires, wood, well, new fence, narrow street) he unloaded all 14 pallets to the site and most importantly did not break anything!
6. And the pallets are returnable. That is, I don't need to buy them. But it needs to be returned. In my case, 14 pallets is 175 rubles of collateral, And renting a trailer is 30 rubles. It's profitable for me. I even returned more pallets, including the ones I still had.
Another advantage of Dianite is the working Saturday, although it is a short day, but it was enough for me to return the pallets without fuss.
And KSK also sells Dianite products. And the price is not much more expensive. When I needed to buy more, it turned out to be easier for me to make 3 flights to KSK in my car.
