Best hospital they are very kind and helpful ٫ my new born baby was there for two weeks god knows how they been helping us for evry thing even they knows that we are not from armenia
god bless all of them
They called the number listed here in the description, the attendant answered, they wanted to call an ambulance for the child, as a result, when they started saying "is it possible to call", they simply dropped it silently and did not respond anymore.
I conclude, as with another similar review, that after hearing the Russian language, they immediately reset it.
I give 5 points to the maternity ward of the Austrian hospital!
It is a pity that this department was decided to close, because excellent gynecologists and equally good nurses and midwives worked here.
Thank you for helping our child to be born, seeing the problem in time and thereby saving the life of a new person by making an EX.
Igor Alexandrovich Cherkasov and Anastasia Andreevna Nasibyan, you are the best doctors in the city 🫶
All the shifts of midwives and nurses were extremely attentive, polite and helped a lot in the first days, gave advice on caring for a newborn.
The ward was cleaned dry and wet 2 times a day. In general, the condition of the wards is normal. The shower and toilet were clean, the tiles were mildew-free, there were no foreign odors. It's bright and clean.
It's better not to get sick in Armenia. The daughter of a citizen of Armenia was in the hospital there, I compare it with Russia. In Russia, they do not come to the hospital with their own bed, food, medicine. The child has fainted, there is not even a neurologist there. There is no MRI for children either. I'm shocked.
They brought a 4-year-old child with a cough and high temperature ! Disgusting doctors who do not know their business, do not say what they are doing and how they will do it! They wait until rkbenok's temperature rises to 40 with cramps and then they only start knocking her down! Never go there! Take care of your children!!!
It works around the clock, we go there often with the child, the doctors are good - they will look everywhere, ask about everything. Everyone is nice and helpful
On September 3, a child was born in this hospital, on the 2nd day my healthy child had an infection, as it turned out later due to the fact that one of these (doctors) connected the system to the child with dirty paws or a dirty needle. And they tried to hide it. After my insistence to transfer the child to the Muratsan Medical Center in Yerevan, the child was reluctantly transferred. And thanks to the actions of the doctors in Yerevan, my child is now on the mend. Interestingly, the Muratsan medical center had parents of 9-12 children with the same diagnosis from the city of Gyumri, whose children were born in the Austrian Gyumri hospital.Of these children, one child subsequently died, and another is in a coma. I have no words for what to call these non-people.If you suddenly need the services of doctors in this hospital, it is better to refuse and take them to Yerevan. Here in Gyumri, they do not treat, but mutilate.
They refused to take tests from a 10-month-old child, they said that there was no such service. When I called on the phone, they hung up on hearing the Russian speech.
These people who are supposed to treat children refuse to help babies, I have no respect for them, they disgrace the title of a doctor.
It's too bad that you can't put a negative value on the score.
We were there during quarantine, everything was closed, they let us in only on the recommendation of a doctor. An ordinary hospital has no special features. They charge two or even three times more expensive from foreign visitors than from local ones🙂
