Great gym! Cleanliness, order and a pleasant atmosphere are all at the highest level. The simulators are modern and in good condition, there are almost no queues, as everything is well organized. The staff is always friendly and ready to help, and the coaches are professional and attentive. I especially liked the variety of group activities and comfortable locker rooms. I really want to study here and come back again. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place for effective training!

I've been to many halls in Minsk and GymExpress is always different for the better. Clean, tidy, the equipment is fresh and it is clear that it is not cheap (unlike most gyms). Automated access control. Everything glows stylishly inside.
I really liked that the hall is completely illuminated by panoramic windows from all 4 sides.
The staff is friendly. There are paper towels, drinking water, vending machines with protein, food and coffee.
There are no queues for exercise equipment.
In general, everything is great!

I visited a new gym for the first time, highlighted the pros and cons
Positive:
-modern locker room, futuristic design
- there are basic simulators for experienced athletes, located in zones
Cons:
-a strange choice of simulator for the gluteal bridge, you cannot assemble the barbell yourself, since the mats do not bend and they cannot be placed, you also need to look for vultures
- as soon as you decide to rest between sets, a coach comes up and works with his wards, occupying the simulator for a long time, without giving the opportunity to alternate
Overall, the impression is very mixed, the situation in other halls is much better

Great gym. 24/7 availability within walking distance is a dream :)
A large selection of cardio equipment, strength, free weights, crossfit, access via the kuar, lockers via a tablet, an excellent and always clean shower and toilet, good locker rooms, a drinking fountain, ventilation, charging for phones, I can list a lot more advantages.
I recommend it! I will definitely renew the subscription, I brought my friend and girlfriend there, everyone is happy

The hall is nice, everything is very clean. It is convenient that you do not need to contact anyone to purchase a subscription. Just pay for it in the app and it will automatically appear on your account. I also liked the fact that it doesn't activate immediately, but it takes 30 days. You can also select a locker through the app, you don't need to carry any cards with you, your phone is enough. I would like to take off one star just for coming on weekdays and the load on people is considerable. Although the area of the hall is decent, unfortunately there were a lot of people on the territory. It's more my personal preference that there be a little less people, so it would be unfair to lower their rating for my whims in something they can't influence.

A great gym, I often go, in principle, there is everything for training, there is enough space for everyone, it would be cool if in the future there would be a butterfly simulator, a curved neck and a short neck, because he is one and he is in great demand, what infuriates is that almost always pancakes weigh out of place, much closer and hung there But this solely rests on the decency of those who train , the administration has nothing to do with it .

The gym is good , the coaching staff is young, there are good coaches !!! But, judge for yourself, when two young girls spoil their knees, and out of kindness gave advice, this H.R., that is, Jr. coach, comes up and does not hello and excuse me, but says: "you can't train here", he saw it on the cameras, but that they are girls. There are no graves. That I'm a customer, that I bought a subscription, IT DOESN'T MATTER. Hello, it's hard to say, or what's eating in the gym, even if the pizza was brought, it's okay, the coach who eats, where's the ethics.
Or apologize for your rudeness! I thought he would say no Thanks!!!

The best gym I've ever been to.
It is quite large, aesthetic (it is pleasant to practice in beauty), a large selection of exercise equipment, large locker rooms (no keys and additional cards are needed, everything is electronic). And it is convenient that the gym is open 24/7. Sometimes I like to come to study at night.

The classroom! The simulators are top-end, as are the staff. Everything is brand new, always clean, there is a shower in the changing rooms. The stylish design of the gym itself and the lighting are very pleasant, the training sessions are a pleasure.
There are air conditioners, so the temperature is always comfortable. I definitely recommend the gym 🔥

Good time of day. 1.03.25 in the evening, the family decided to enter the new gym. It's closer to home, so to speak, everyone seems to be praising. But that was not the case. They faced the arrogance of the administration almost from the doorstep. It was clear from his look and tone that beggars had no place here)). Although I've never really understood how one can define material wealth externally. But there was a certain dismissive tone on his face, especially when he asked about the free trial class. The administration is completely uninterested in new clients, on the contrary. There are probably so many of them that he doesn't know how to get rid of them. There is no other way to explain either the reluctance to show the hall to new potential clients, or the stuffiness from the threshold with which this hall greeted us, and which customers complained about in reviews about a month ago. To which even the administration replied that they were aware of the problem and were working to solve it, but in fact, who was still there. It seems that the administrator, or the man in the red T-shirt who showed me and my family disdain with his whole appearance, also works as a top manager somewhere in Gazprom, at least. And his status does not allow him to communicate with beggars. That's the kind of room it turned out to be. I don't recommend it to anyone. And I'm not going there anymore. People, respect yourself. Physical exertion in such a stuffy environment - I don't think there is any benefit in this, rather harm. And the arrogance of the administration is generally a separate topic. Let the oligarchs visit this hall.

In general, the hall is not bad. I want to express a negative opinion about female coaches. It's not the first time I've noticed how they don't want to share (alternate) the gym with anyone when the gym is busy and the number of exercise equipment is insufficient. I was working with a free weight and all the couches were occupied. I asked her to alternate with a girl (she had a coach with her), because she was just sitting, resting between sets. In response to me, with a haughty tone, it was said from the coach, very reluctantly, quote: "Well, okay, just disinfect yourself after." I think it's absolutely normal to alternate on the simulators. And even more so, such statements should not be made by a coach. It seems that they forget that these are general simulators and there is no reservation for a specific simulator while you are working on it, there are no such rules!!I also want to note that after myself, the girl/coach did not consider it necessary to disinfect anything, I did it only after myself. Trainers should study the subject of Ethics and Deontology, because either they did not teach such a subject at the BSUFC, or they skipped it. Please also note that the topic of lack of ethics among coaches and the ability to alternate has been raised before in reviews from other clients.
