Just a great location in the historical part of Tbilisi , within walking distance of almost all the sights; very very hospitable staff , always prompt and help , breakfasts , like mom's , everything is delicious and plentiful , homemade wine is always in abundance . The room for three was large and spacious with access to the terrace and a view of the mountain. I highly recommend it.

A lovely, cozy and friendly hotel
Renovated, in November it was a little cool for us, but we didn't freeze
The place is amazing. The heart of Tbilisi, but a quiet area
The breakfasts are cozy, homely. It's not a huge buffet, more like "eat what you get" at home. We were always well-fed and happy
A room with a terrace is a delight
We went around the whole center of Tbilisi, but the whole of Georgia is in this cozy place
I will definitely come back here

Great place! I RECOMMEND!!!
A cozy home hotel, the rooms are decorated with good design taste, clean. Good mattresses on the beds, it's a pleasure to sleep. From the window and the terrace there is a stunning view of the city. Amazing terrace! The hotel is located next to the Tiflis baths. The breakfasts are just a fairy tale - delicious and satisfying at home! The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous.
