Excellent residential complex! Clean, well-maintained territory. Swimming pool with shower, toilet, children's pool. Comfortable apartments! 3 elevators. Large balconies with drains. There are small problems with water (maybe it's a faucet like that) it's difficult to set up a constant flow of water. If it's cold, turn on the faucet a little and it's hot right away. geographically, it is a 15-minute quiet walk to the sea.
