I applied to the company for the first and last time, there are no complaints about the installer. The managers' work is disgusting. And now in more detail: an appointment was made for the installation of the ceiling in two weeks, although they said that they were installed within a week from the moment of signing the contract. Further, it is even more interesting before the appointed date, as a decent customer, I prepared the room: I took out the furniture, dismantled the closet and so on, asked for work. Then at 10 p.m., a message arrives in viber that there will be no installation tomorrow and after tomorrow, too. The managers apologized profusely and said that they had a serious organization and that the furniture would be moved by installers so that I would not be so offended. What was the surprise of the installer that he should do it. It's clear that I had to move the furniture again. The most disgusting thing is that the managers said that the work would be completed during the day, but in fact it was carried out for three days!!!!! What a joy it was not to go to work for three days (no).

Terrible experience working with GUTEHOUZE ceiling installation company.
I applied to this company for the calculation and installation of ceilings. If everything was fine on the measurement, then it didn't work out with the installation from the threshold.
From the very beginning, the installer showed complete disrespect by entering the house with the words 'collective farm' (the object is located outside the city), which he specifically said is unclear, but the word "collective farm" in our country has always had a negative context. As a result, the relationship did not work out from the threshold, as it became unpleasant.
Next, the installer began to bring heavy boxes into the house without due care, roughly throwing them rather than putting them on the floor. I touched the newly pasted walls several times (the house has a fresh renovation in which a lot of money and effort were invested) with guides for the cornice (fortunately I did not damage them, but I tickled my nerves, those who have just made repairs will understand).
Further, instead of following the instructions and dimensions provided by the measurer, he asked questions about what and how to mount, as a result of which the work got stuck, as he had to distract me from work (my husband was present at the time of installation), I was at the measurement and made decisions, and the dimensions of the cornice were prescribed by the measurer (advised how best, and who will remember this), but at the time of installation I was at my workplace, at a meeting, and it was extremely uncomfortable.
Next, the installer said that he might not have enough dowels for installation and we would need to go and buy (for a moment the object is located outside the city). As a result, I did not have to go, but such a request from a specialist of a company where they promise quality and clarity is strange to hear, to put it mildly.
Further, a bar was needed to install the chandelier, since the ceilings with a wooden floor + a film between the boards, and when centering the chandelier, the fasteners fell not to the board, but to the film. There is rather a question to the measurer that he did not pass the information to the installer about the finishing conditions. And if there was no bar or the person who opened the door to the installer was a neighbor grandmother or a teenager who was asked to just let in a specialist, how would the chandelier be installed?
And what is the result? One of the chandeliers was broken during installation (through whose fault there is doubt, but before that it was unharmed only from the store). It is difficult to say who is responsible for this, but the fact is that the work has not been completed, the chandelier has not been installed, the work has not been completed, and the money has been paid by us in full according to the contract!

We contacted a company to make a closet in the hallway. The cabinet was made to order, taking into account all my wishes and the features of the room. We are very grateful for a beautiful, high-quality and functional wardrobe!
