In any case, do not order anything here. I voiced all my complaints to the director, but it's like hitting a wall with peas. In fact:
1. Organizational issues. According to the contract, you must be contacted one day before installation. Of course, no one will contact you and you will call and find out for yourself when they deign to come to you.
2. Price: overprice by market, for film from China. It's my fault, I was too lazy to monitor the market
3. Dirt:They promised to rent the apartment in its original form, as a result, the apartment was ruined so that half a day had to be washed. But as the director said: everyone has their own understanding of clean jobs))
4. Carelessness: scratched a brand new kitchen for $ 7000. They repeatedly hinted to me that this was the case. Of course, I have nothing to do...order a ceiling for 5k BYN and a kitchen for 7k $, then try to repair a scratch at someone's expense. They sent a "restorer" who anointed the scratch with a chalk that did not match the color and the whole solution to the problem.
5. Froze. There are aggressive sales of unnecessary junk and collective farms to inflate the overdraft to the skies. I refused everything except additional lighting, although I did not initially plan and did not output the wiring. The measurer said that there were no problems at all. As a result, the installers began to talk about dancing with a tambourine, which they expect me to do if they make this backlight. He refused. They were supposed to refund the money, but of course they didn't.
6. Dishonesty. The owner promised that they would refund the money and contact me, but of course no one contacted me. Exactly one month has passed. The man said and the man did - these are two different men. I attach the proof to the review.
PS: of course, I will not become impoverished and I restored the kitchen for myself at my own expense, but I hope that the more such honest and fair reviews there are, the sooner this business will be sold to this office....
