It means that when we were in Minsk, we wandered into a Gourmet... we were tired from the road, especially without mood, we really wanted to eat. At first, the situation was not very hooked, they asked us to put us in a separate nook. But everything changed when the snacks were brought))) carpaccio, amazingly delicious, with the first sip of vodka burning the throat, fatigue was lifted like a hand) and what a herring here!!! Well, it's amazingly simple! The perfect snack) well, when the dumplings were served baked in a pot with porcini mushrooms.... it's still some kind of holiday)
In general, the modest-looking establishment was pleased with the excellent cuisine!!👍👍👍

Personally, I was allowed to put a dog that was just running down the street in the mud on a chair behind the bar, and when it got its paws on the bar itself when other customers were eating nearby, the staff just laughed. Despite the comments and dissatisfaction of other visitors, the staff simply brushed it off.

One of the first decent establishments in Minsk, famous for its dumplings and free rolls and bread with garlic cream of its own production, it should be noted that the quality of the products remains unchanged, the interior is the same as it was in the 90s, pedants are unlikely to come in, dumplings are the best in the city!

I love this place, especially their huge dranik. Thanks for the starters, it's so European. Not every institution in the Republic of Belarus knows the word "starters" at all, and here is a chic bread and rolls with butter of its own production. Lemonades-fire🔥 Prices are very democratic.

We decided to remember our youth, visited the Gourmet dumpling shop. The dumplings were basically not bad, the service is good. Dumplings with potatoes disappointed ... tasteless ... thought they would be seasoned with fried onions or something like that.. but even the butter was not visible… Maybe, of course, subjectively, like in my youth everything seemed tastier, but it seemed that way - before the dumplings were thicker, but tastier ... with a richer taste.

Very stupid staff)
Even for decency, I don't want to pick up softer words. Either they are too young and untrained, or they don't even want to study. I never pretend to be a "luxury service", but there were really a lot of ridiculous joints for a couple of hours of gatherings.
They cook well. Respect to the cook, despite the far from icy salad with avocado))))

A great place that I can recommend wholeheartedly. Huge portions. Fast service. Everything is insanely delicious.
We took Caesar with chicken, kholodnik, dumplings and borscht. Drinks - smoothies and lemonade.
Very tasty and fresh bread. Special admiration for the oil with spices. The prices are reasonable for such portions.

A wonderful place in a quiet location! They cook delicious and fast, they took borscht, salad with chicken and avocado, dumplings and wings, everything was very pleasant! I recommend. I take off one star for not offering a high chair, we were sitting outside and did not go inside to look for it and the child remained sitting in the stroller.

Delicious food. Good staff. It is in demand among the local population. The WF did not work. The pancake with mushroom sauce was good, but the mushroom soup was not the best. The ribs are wonderful. The decor is not pretentious, the chairs are simple wooden. I was at lunch, we found a table, but it's better to book for the evening.
