I liked the hotel, the rooms are clean, modern renovation and furniture. Good hearty breakfasts, friendly staff. It is located within walking distance from the center.
The hotel is small, it looks like a family hotel. The room has a small refrigerator, kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, water. The bathroom has a hairdryer, toiletries, a set with a toothbrush. The hotel has a common air conditioning system, you cannot change the settings yourself, you need to call the reception. The breakfast is modest, but there are homemade cakes and a very nice old lady who works in the kitchen. Russian and English are spoken at the hotel. I had a problem with the check-in - the reservation flew off. Thanks to the staff for not putting me outside at 12 at night, giving me a room, and the next day they moved me to another luxury hotel.
The hotel is located in the Avlabari district, 5 minutes from the metro. Rike Park is 10 minutes away.
Excellent hotel, everything is as it should be, the service is excellent. The breakfasts are very soulful, as are the staff who prepare them. I stopped twice during the trip and will come again.

I want to return to this hotel. Clean, cozy, quiet. Wonderful breakfasts and the woman who cooks them. The staff is sensitive and responsive. My husband drinks tea early in the morning and late at night, we were provided with a kettle for convenience. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. Near the metro and many different attractions. In general, I highly recommend it
Great hotel. Everything is clean, new, well renovated, buffet breakfast and a very good selection. In a quiet area of the city, where it is very quiet, but near the metro and all the infrastructure. Very convenient. Everything is within walking distance. We wanted to stay for 2 days, but stayed and rested. They have their own guide- just great, he showed us so many beautiful places in a short time, we would never have been able to. And the hosts are very hospitable - they always look and keep order. We recommend it to everyone

A small hotel in the old part of Tbilisi. Convenient location for hiking in the historical places of the city. The staff is kind and courteous. There are many Russian channels on TV. It is recommended to take a glass of chacha for breakfast.
