What I liked:
Stuff are amazingly friendly, helpful and talkative.
It is easy to communicate with them.
Beds were comfortable.
Room was clean.
Toilet was cleaned and stuffed with towels and toiletries.
There was a complimentary water at the room.
Roof top restaurant has a nice old town and monument's wiev.
Breakfast was really satisfying.
Room Price is ok
Hotel's location is really good. 2 minutes walk to Amir Timur's Mausoleum and few minutes walk away from many attractions.
For few days stay it is a good place to choose.

What I didn't like:
Internet is really bad.
Plus the GSM network do not work well at the first floor.
The room is a bit darker.
There was a construction on the wall during our stay. That caused some noise.
I did not like that there is an extra city tax apart from the gotel price. 4$for each for night.
The jams at the breakfast were not OK.
No soap but liquid soap at the room.
No bidet at the toilet.

Clean room, but small, leaking water from shower pan, funky lights in the bathroom. Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was good, nothing special.
Good location even though it is off the main road.

The cozy atmosphere of the whole hotel. The whole interior can be said to be even a 4 * pull, everything is very beautiful, paintings, flowers, figurines, very atmospheric! The quality of towels, bathrobes, and plumbing is pretty good. The location is great!Among the disadvantages: a meager breakfast, the audibility of walls and ceilings, the smell of mold or sewage in the rooms, some kind of dampness, a surprise may be a window that rests against the concrete wall of another building. That is, there are no specific numbers.

The city center, a new building with a claim to chic.
The reception is hospitable, check-in and check-out are fast.
Breakfast is served from the terrace with a great view, but the restaurant is a bit boring for lunch and dinner.
The furniture and renovation are fresh, there is air conditioning, but the view from the rooms into the courtyard is a well where anyone can be heard talking.
The location is good, Registan can be reached on foot.

A cool hotel located relatively close to Registan. You can easily walk to it on foot.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the breakfasts are excellent. There was not enough butter on the first day, but after my request it was brought and added to breakfast. Everything is prompt.
The staff is quite adequate, I would love to stay here again. Thanks for the comfort.

A wonderful hotel! An oriental fairy tale in miniature! Stylized with taste, the magnificent bas-relief of the Silk Road in the courtyard like a time machine takes you back centuries. Just like the whole of Samarkand. The location is better not to wish for-next to Gur Emir.The food is delicious. The rooms are also stylized and comfortable. The interior of the common areas is very beautiful. Everything is in very good condition. Clean and cozy. A nice restaurant on the 4th floor and an outdoor rooftop area. The hotel offers dry cleaning and currency exchange services.
There are small disadvantages, but you can live (locks in the room do not work well, the water in the shower needs to be drained for a long time so that the hot water goes, if you have a room on the third floor of the main building, the sound of moving chairs in the restaurant above will interfere, they stop putting food for breakfast after 9 o'clock, plumbing is cheap - it can leak, undermine at night, do not hold a watering can).

Cons: strong audibility. We had a room on the 1st floor. When the water was flushed out, it seemed that the pipe was passing next to the bed. My neighbors' children were crying, and I spent part of the night worrying with them.
If acoustic comfort is important, then it's better to look at something else.
Breakfasts for 4 with a minus.
But the hotel itself is very beautiful. Just for the sake of the roof deck, I'm ready to stay in it again. The courtyard is very colorful, as is the whole hotel. The staff is very friendly.

I booked a room, arrived, asked for it to be quiet, checked in on the ground floor near the reception, as a result, the noise is uproar, everything flies through the sewer pipe with such a whistle, as if you live in the toilet, the request to change the room was refused, my refusal of the room, the room immediately appeared!!! But I wasn't ready for such hospitality, so I went to another hotel, and as it turned out, it wasn't in vain! The conditions are more decent for the same money. So friends, it's up to you.

The hotel is located in the private sector, but very close to Gur Emir (Tamerlane's tomb) 400m and within walking distance from Registan, the main attraction of Samarkand.
I liked the hotel very much - it is new, modern, and beautiful. We had a triple room (it was called a room with a balcony - but in fact there are no balconies here at all!). The room is spacious, the interior is bright, pleasant, expensive wallpaper, the beds are comfortable, the pillows are a little too big (for me). There are bathrobes (branded), slippers, a small refrigerator, a safe (did not work), a kettle. Of course, the air conditioner. Branded towels. Everything is clean, changed daily. A bathtub (not a shower, which is rare; however, the shower leaked ..).
The breakfasts are very decent: buffet. On average, three salads, snacks, hot dishes, vegetables, fruits, sweets. Juices, tea. The menu is varied, the coffee is natural, delicious pastries. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the terrace of the 4th floor (indoors). The interior is cozy.
The reception was very friendly, the staff are polite, respond to all requests. In general, I highly recommend this hotel. If I had come to Samarkand again, I would have stayed here again.

Great hotel! It is very clean and beautiful inside, the room was well cleaned every day, there is everything you need, the room is quite large. The breakfast is super, very varied, delicious coffee from the coffee machine, the food is different hot every day, 4-5 types of hot dishes every day. They feed on the 4th floor, there is a beautiful view of the city from the windows, there is a veranda next to it. The location is great! Tamerlane's tomb is nearby.

The hotel is atmospheric and beautiful, the rooms are not bad enough.But what is the difficulty of buying shoe spoons, it is not very clear.It is also surprising that there is no elevator in the hotels, and if you persistently do not ask for help with your luggage, then no one will offer you to lift it to the 3rd floor. And there is a problem with breakfast. Scrambled eggs with vegetables ran out very quickly, I had to ask for more, and people stood in line to wait for her.There are a lot of fruits and snacks, but the only real food is scrambled eggs, which were sorted quickly.

A very nice cozy hotel in the very historical center. If you want to look at the life of the city as a whole, you can take 3 buses from the railway station. The station is the last one, so you will be happy to stay. The room is small, but everything you need is there, even a bathrobe. There is a Wi-Fi connection. I do not know if I will have time to have breakfast, I have a shark back to Tashkent at 8.35. unlike Tashkent, it is quiet and blissful.

Everything is gorgeous in this hotel. Minus 1 point only for a high price and also plus, the aggregators do not indicate that you need to pay an additional tourist fee, but simply write that additional fees are possible: specifically, so as not to scare off with an even higher price. A cozy hotel, with a convenient location to the attractions. Clean, not large rooms, friendly staff at the reception. They will prompt, help, and solve your questions. On the top floor there is a restaurant with a beautiful veranda, from where you can see part of the old town. Good cuisine, but there are problems with the presence of alcohol) A couple of disadvantages of the hotel are weak noise insulation, the neighbors could be heard, a hard mattress and not comfortable pillows, which were changed at my request). I appreciate the hospitality and the guys at the reception :)

I have just arrived with a colleague at this wonderful hotel. 314 room- attention, the question is, did the owners themselves or the residents spend at least an hour in this bedbug by whom?The stench of sewage is actively seeping into the room, the room is small, like a prison, without windows, stuffy, stinks, then there is a toilet with a singing option:the pump is triggered, the howl of rusty pipes terrifies all would-be residents.And another option, a wonderful one- above the bed, apparently, there are pipes through which water flows, characteristic sounds accompany this joke; in short, water flows over your bed, you hear it all night.My solution is I found another hotel, tomorrow I will be happy to move to a normal hotel. And about the only advantage of being located near attractions- sorry, but there are a lot of hotels nearby, and taxis are cheap, the money that you leave here can be given to a comfortable hotel.I do not recommend it.Even for free.

I was at this hotel in June when I came on vacation from Novosibirsk. The location is very convenient, many attractions can be reached quickly. The hotel is nice and new. Among the advantages: there are many attractions nearby within walking distance; a cozy small courtyard, Wi-Fi in the rooms, beautiful decor, courteous staff. Of the cons: the windows of some rooms (we had 106) overlook a small courtyard, so the walls of the neighboring hotel building are a little pressed; breakfast is from 7 to 10, but if you come by 9:15-9:30, then empty plates are on the line, food is no longer served. Breakfast is served indoors on the roof. I want to point out once again that the hotel is very nice and the staff is trying their best. There is a small gift shop in the courtyard of the hotel.

A great hotel with a beautiful interior! Breakfast is included in the price. A varied buffet, especially pleased that if you come 5 minutes before the end of breakfast, no one will rush you and before removing food from the serving they always ask if it is possible to do this. Great view from the rooftop restaurant and convenient location of the hotel. 5 minutes to the Gur Emir Mausoleum and so many nearby places you can walk around!

In general, the hotel is good, sustained national style, without overload. Good breakfasts, not much choice, but you definitely won't stay hungry, the only negative is the queue to the coffee machine.
The room service is a little worse, the bed linen has not been changed once in a week, but towels were changed daily. Wet cleaning was also not done, only dry.
We lived in the second building, the windows overlooked the courtyard, where the staff smoked, the smoke went to the room, not very pleasant.
