For more than 15 years, our family has been buying clothes and toys in this store. We were very surprised by the review: did competitors and envious people try their best? Because for 15 years there are no bad words, except for a family with a surname with the letter M.....
Every time we come to Alanya, we definitely visit this store. We buy clothes and toys for our children. Excellent quality and friendly sellers have been for more than 15 years. My husband and I came here to leave a review and were very surprised by the previous review. Surely this is the machinations of competitors and envious people. Because we constantly use the services of Gumush BEBE, and everyone to whom we have recommended this store over the past 15 years has also been satisfied with the quality and service.

It's just a terrible store! The attitude towards customers is piggy, the product is just terrible. We bought a stroller that did not last even a month, all the brakes and the handle attachment broke (a child of 2 years-13 kg)!! (It is worth clarifying that when leaving the store IMMEDIATELY after the purchase, the belt retainer stopped working and the seller just ripped everything open and sewed it up again with BROWN threads-a BLACK stroller! They turned a blind eye to this, they thought that everything happens ...)
Now they came to the store and asked for a refund for low-quality goods (the contract states that the buyer expresses wishes)- they categorically refused, saying that it was possible to return it within 14 days, and the fact that the warranty is 2 years does not bother them. They agreed to be taken for examination, but no one knows how long it will take.. maybe 2 weeks, maybe 1 month, maybe 2, but the fact that we need a stroller at this time-they don't care. At least they offered the option of returning at least part of the money, with the return of the stroller-they also sent it. Sellers and managers are throwing down the tubes, being rude, threatening to throw them out of the store. It's just terrible! We have not seen such stores yet! I strongly advise against it! The seller also tore the toys from the child when she just touched them!!!

It's a terrible store. They sell strollers that can't stand a month of operation. On all issues, they immediately begin to be rude and give the phone to some "left-wing" employees who cannot help in any way.
