Good afternoon. Gum is generally a very good store, when I visit Minsk I definitely go in. But today an unpleasant story happened. A coffee shop opened on the ground floor, my friend and I decided to go in, have a cup of coffee (I like what is served in a cup), ordered. The cup and handle turned out to be covered in blood, they asked to replace it, the second cup turned out to be dirty, covered in smudges. Instead of apologizing, the bartender was rude to us, said he didn't like drinking from disposable cups, if he didn't like something, he didn't care, and finally wished that God would give us the Annunciation on the holiday. It was already too much- rudeness of the highest degree. There was an unpleasant aftertaste.

A man works, rude and cynical, like a porter from the Begingham Palace. I ordered coffee and flaxseed ice cream. I was served something broken on a waffle and doused with syrup. The menu mentioned salted caramel. There was no sign of her on the proposed version. In general, the ice cream was served to fuck off, aunt) I am very disappointed with this situation. It's a pity that such a store keeps such employees.

GUM impressed! It's beautiful like in a theater, great shops, everything is there, the prices are not draconian. We walked around the shops with pleasure. The staff was friendly, helped with the child, distracted from mom. Of course, as a woman, I was pleased with the choice of linen fabric, the prices are cheaper here and any colors. There is also a huge selection in clothing stores. In the 22nd year I left a review, and complained a lot about the prices ...
But "BINGO"!
Today (09/16/23) we visited the store with our family and were pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied.
We made a purchase for a mere penny 1) a full-fledged men's suit, 2) two men's shirts, 3) a man's tie. We got a 20% discount!!! As a result, 457 Belarusian rubles were given for everything.
When there is only a seedy suit on the market from 350 and above...
a pleasant shock.
Special thanks to the sellers on the second floor and especially to the lady in black with the name on the badge - Love.
We are capricious customers (this is me) it was about six o'clock in the evening, but Lyubov showed great patience and professionalism, carefully selected shirts, a tie and even helped to tie it for real - very beautifully.
We were very pleased and grateful and promise to come back for shopping.
