A good department store, a wide range: I bought stationery and cosmetics - I was satisfied, I also like the choice of Mattioli women's bags in the haberdashery section!
I ate many times in the canteen on the 4th floor, the food is delicious, but I didn't like the soups.. The canteen is closed on Sunday, and on Saturday it happens that they give yesterday's food, so it's better to come here for lunch on weekdays.
By the way, food prices, if you eat every day, are not super cheap, on average: mini salads 2-4 r, soups about 4p, meat 7-8, vegetables 3-5p, casserole 4.7r, side dishes 1-3p, desserts and pastries 1-5 r.
With regard to the interior: in comparison with the GUM of five years ago, the changes are already significant. The first floor has been renovated and now it looks very decent - like in a modern shopping center. It is planned to renovate all floors and improve the range of women's clothing by 2026. Still, to finalize it from the outside - and there will be a candy)

We got into GUM purely by accident, at first we were attracted by the sign of the dining room, we went in and did not regret it, everything was very tasty and satisfying, I liked it.
We ran through the floors, had to go in to buy gloves, left our own at home, came here to visit.
The assortment is decent, the prices are overpriced, and I really didn't like that on some harmless question from the series, is there someone at the checkout, the seller Ivanova V. barked at us. We visit this store every time we arrive in Minsk. Yes, of course you can go to shopping malls, and find something cheaper somewhere. But here I like that you can buy everything in one place. And locally produced.

A man works, rude and cynical, like a porter from the Begingham Palace. I ordered coffee and flaxseed ice cream. I was served something broken on a waffle and doused with syrup. The menu mentioned salted caramel. There was no sign of her on the proposed version. In general, the ice cream was served to fuck off, aunt) I am very disappointed with this situation. ГУМ впечатлил! Красиво как в театре, отличные магазины, есть все, цены не драконовские. С удовольствием прошлись по магазинчикам. Персонал дружелюбный, помогали с ребёнком, отвлекали от мамы. Меня, конечно, как женщину порадовал выбор льняной ткани, цены дешевле у нас и расцветок любых. В магазинах одежды тоже огромный выбор. Провели полдня в ГУМе, хотя не люблю тц, а здесь другая совсем атмосфера, большое пространство, нет суеты, и красота кругом.

ГУМ - это легенда!
В 22-м году оставлял отзыв, и очень жаловался на цены...
Но "БИНГО"!
Сегодня (16.09.23) посетили с семьёй магазин и остались приятно удивлены и полностью доволены.
Совершили покупку за сущие копейки 1) полноценный мужской костюм, 2) две мужские рубашки, 3) мужской галстук. Нам сделали скидку в 20%!!! В итоге за всё отдали 457 белорусских рублей.
Когда на рынке только захудалый костюм от 350 и выше...
Приятный шок.
Отдельная благодарность продавцам на втором этаже и особенно даме в чёрном с именем на бейдже - Любовь.
Мы покупатели капризные (это я о себе) было около шести часов вечера, но Любовь проявила огромное терпение и профессионализм, тщательно подбирали рубашки, галстук и даже помогли завязать его по настоящему - очень красиво.
Очень-очень мы остались доволбны и благодарны и обещаем ещё вернуться за покупками.
ГУМ в Минске - однозначно РЕКОМЕНДУЕТСЯ !
