The store is within walking distance. Convenient open display of the product. Friendly staff (a woman works at the checkout, sweet, smiling). I consider the availability of fresh Vanilla cakes to be a plus. There are banking terminals. They're the only ones in this area. Prices are the same as in all stores, regular retail. There is a bus stop nearby, people are warming up in cold weather.
