Recently, I was lucky enough to visit the Gulvar banquet hall in Almaty, and I was pleasantly surprised.
First of all, I want to mention the magnificent interior of the hall. The space is decorated with taste and elegance, which creates a solemn and cozy atmosphere. The lighting, decor and furniture arrangement are perfectly matched to emphasize the festive mood.
The organization of the event was at the highest level. The staff of the Gulvar hall showed high professionalism and care for each guest. From the preparation of the hall to the service during the event, everything went flawlessly. The waiters were attentive and always ready to help, which created the feeling of a real holiday.
The cuisine deserves special praise. The menu was varied and included dishes for every taste. All the dishes were prepared with attention to detail and served beautifully and appetizingly. I especially remember the traditional Kazakh dishes, which became a real highlight of the evening. Desserts also did not leave anyone indifferent – fresh and delicious, they became an excellent end to the banquet.
As for the technical equipment, the Gulvar hall is equipped with modern audio and video systems, which made it easy to organize an entertainment program. There was also the possibility of using projectors and screens for presentations, which added professionalism to the event.
The prices for the rental of the hall and services correspond to the high level of service and the quality of the services provided. I believe that the Gulvar banquet hall offers excellent value for money.
In general, the Gulvar banquet hall is an ideal place for any event, be it a wedding, anniversary, corporate party or business meeting. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to organize an unforgettable and high-quality event.

Beautiful spacious place. We were here for a corporate event. The women's room is gorgeous, clean, lots of cubicles, mirrors. The hall is large, the sound is good, the kitchen is delicious. A package was offered in the wardrobe for a change of shoes

The restaurant is large and beautiful. The food
is average, some dishes are more or less edible, salads are not tasty. But most of all I didn't like the service, the waiters watched the show with the guests, openly ignored us, pretended not to hear and not to see. I would also like to inform the administration that the show with dummies, which is apparently planned as an entertainment, is not funny at all. Why was it necessary to load a large number of teapots with hot tea on one tray, and carry it all to one waiter? He was barely walking, and the second one was running from behind, pretending to be waving his arms, supposedly holding him back. I think it's not only not funny, it's also dangerous. The waiter could stumble, burn himself or his colleague or one of the guests with boiling water.

A place for a big pretentious toy, large-scale and pretentious.
The waiters are diligent, the food is decent.

The restaurant really impresses with both the exterior and interior!
You pay attention to it involuntarily!
The atmosphere of the restaurant is luxurious: high ceilings, large halls.
The staff is friendly, attentive and courteous.
I can't tell by the waiting time, because I was present as a participant in a big celebration, but the dishes were served at exactly the agreed time.
The food is fresh and deliciously cooked.
There are no complaints or comments.
A pleasant addition to this institution are VIP halls with karaoke, where you can relax with friends after official celebrations.

The staff is smiling, everything is done perfectly in the hall. The food is great. The only negative is there is no parking. Beshbarmak samiy is the best Pilaf in the city, they have a real TASHKENT pilaf.

The staff is trained, but not very attentive, I think the staff in Aktobe is better) I liked the salads, but I especially liked beshbarmak, surlengen meat (dried) is very tasty. We were at the wedding on June 5, there were so many expectations from the sensational name of the restaurant. The design and furnishings are of course excellent, but!! the kitchen is disgusting , the meat was served cold , the mantas were also served , the waiter refused to warm up , the sliced red fish was taken away when it was only half empty . There is a separate story with tea : they asked for teaspoons, which they were refused that they were not in the restaurant, they asked for a saucer for a cake, again they refused: here is your plate from under the hot one, take it (literally), and the plate was naturally not the first freshness after the meat. The cake was cut into a piece of 10 people and rolled back to cut into pieces , they say: so cut it off with a fork. This kind of service, you can't even call it a service here, I've met it for the first time in probably five years. But the management has invested a lot of capital in this institution, it's a shame that such seemingly small things can change the client's choice for a corporate event far from your side
