I would put 3.5, but you can't) The main advantage is the price. And probably quite nice staff. The hotel is very shabby, there are a lot of stains on the furniture in the room, cockroaches, a lot of things need to be asked separately. There are no slippers, no toothpaste, I even had to ask for a second mug. But the most unpleasant thing is the night discos. Every day, until 4 a.m. Do not take rooms below the 3rd floor, we lived on the 1st floor, directly above this club, and the furniture rattled from the bass, it was hard to sleep. Plus, the air conditioner didn't work well when it was +45 outside, which is very critical, they asked me to fix it 2 times, both times it turned on, worked for several hours and went out again.
There are many cheap cafes around, and the metro is a 10-minute walk away. The beaches can only be reached by taxi, but if the goal is to walk around the city, it's quite good.
