A good residential complex, everything is there for a comfortable stay: shops, kindergarten, clinics, 4 huge playgrounds, sports grounds for adults, walking areas, punk Valberis, huge Parking lots with lots of free places. There are plantings everywhere, clean and tidy. The houses are beautiful, large entrances, they have silent elevators, wheelchair access, a shared balcony on the floor. Closed residential complex, entrance only for residents. Built the BI Group.

A very cool LCD, the courtyards are equipped, even in winter you can ride a slide.The infrastructure is also developed.It is very good that at the entrance, check the incoming cars.The disadvantage is that there is a kindergarten behind the fence of the residential complex, but you can only get into it by detour.
