A good option for young people from VI. Its own territory with a barrier at the entrance. Positive: new, colorful, modern, lots of shops, playgrounds and playgrounds, nearby bazaars, Kalkaman Hospital, Small on Tashkent, buses to all directions. Cons: an area with a large traffic congestion, 16 floors is too much, although it is the outskirts of the city, there are a lot of midges in the summer.

I have been living in this residential complex for 6 months, everything suits me. Mountain view, free Parking spaces, play areas for children, overnight shops, cafes, medical centers, entrance under an automatic barrier, maintenance of the territory by the management company. There is always cleanliness in the complex.

Самый суперский ЖК Гулдер. Мне и моей семье нравится. Живу и нахожусь как в Европе. Сервис КСК на вышем уровне. И охрана очень бдительная. Одним словом Все как в СКАЗКЕ. Спасибо Вам. Двор закрытый самое главное, дети спокойно играют и бегают. Инфраструктура хорошая, все есть и рядом. С охраной и чистотой конечно проблематично, так же о заявленного комфорт класса нет, это ЖК эконом класса. Дома которые первые они по виду, двору, дому и озеленению хороши, остальные так себе

I did not live there, but I have been there, a courtyard with Parking, there are grocery stores, centers on the ground floor from the 2nd residential apartments 1-3 rooms. The street is crowded, but when you are in an apartment, there is a feeling that few of the tenants live there.

Отличный жилой комплекс, много парковочных мест, хорошие и удобные детские площадки, есть площадка для футбола, баскетбола.

Сами дома и дворы симпатичные, современные, много парковочных мест, территория под охраной, во дворе есть продуктовые магазины и разные услуги. Главный минус слышимость в квартирах это капец, отчётливо слышно как соседи чихают и разговаривают. Местоположение плачевное, вечные пробки, над головой летают самолёты.

Замечательный жилой комплекс. Особенно нравится как обустроили внутренние дворы. Можно смело отправлять детей и ни о чем не волноваться.

ЖК «Гульдер» находится в живописном районе города Алматы. Современная архитектура. Удобная парковка, игровая площадка для детей. Развитая инфраструктура. Но к сожалению нет подземного паркинга и нарушена шумовая экология в связи со строительством рядом стоящих объектов недвижимости а также прилегающей рядом трассой международного значения Алматы- Бишкек.

ЖК стоит особняком. Закрытый безопасный двор, 2 больших футбольных поля. Красивый вид на горы. Из минусов далеко уходить на разворот
