A very atmospheric building that needs renovation. It's very spacious inside, a gorgeous staircase.... The building has a library, very good, I recommend it. I wish there were more events here to make the building come alive

В 1972-73 годах-были танцы в этом здании Дома культуры,был кинозал,бильярд.На новый год,с 1972 на 1973 ёлка была городская для детей в зале..
