A great option for a family hotel. The city center. Parking in the courtyard of a private house. Mini-garden. Very large room. Kitchen- living room and two large rooms. Designer high-quality renovation in the bathroom. Good-quality furniture and linen. Good - natured hosts . Timur tells the history of Georgia very professionally. The mini-hotel is aimed at foreigners. They communicate freely in Russian. In September 2023 , they paid 75lari for the room . The hotel is located in a two-storey old building on the corner of the street and has several entrances. I'll have to knock))). The hotel is represented on other foreign resources. Yandex, in our case, incorrectly designated her address. I had to correct the cards and the address. Now the error is hopefully fixed. It is better to navigate by the photo of the house. House address : 27 David the Builder Street. Seen in the photo.Yandex also points to the house opposite. I definitely recommend the mini-hotel.

A wonderful place for a family vacation! For those who appreciate not the same type of hotel rooms, but a cozy homely atmosphere with real Georgian hospitality! For lovers of flora, there is a whole greenhouse in the courtyard! And the hammock-the children just wouldn't get off it. Levani has a wonderful host Timur, who is very interesting to talk to, who can recommend the most beautiful places to travel, to explore the local cuisine, to swim in the end). We highly recommend this place, and we want to come back here ourselves!

The view from the street is certainly not very good, but inside everything is wonderful.. Rooms for every taste, from modern finishes to rooms in retro style and in the spirit of the USSR. The friendly hosts told us everything, showed us where everything is in the city, and allowed our scooters to be driven into the hotel territory. In the morning (if desired), tea or coffee will be prepared, by the way, you can also use the stove in the kitchen, although the hostess said, "Give me the products, I'll cook for you myself" ... A calm, cozy place,,, I recommend.......
