A very cozy guest house. Spacious rooms with their own shower and toilet, there are large rooms for families with children. The owners, Timur and Khatuna, are very pleasant and sincere people. They will tell you picturesque places to visit that are not popular among tourists. There is a swimming pool. I definitely recommend taking breakfast- Khatuna cooks great. The balcony offers a picturesque view of Kutaisi. The price is more than desocratic. I definitely recommend it- a place where you want to come back again and again

It's a little paradise! The hosts are a miracle! The room is great, there is even a washing machine. Breakfast is a bomb! You will not find such delicious cakes and khachapuri anywhere else in Georgia! I highly recommend this guest house!

Great! Timur was very hospitable and treated me to wine for the evening and a wonderful breakfast in the morning.
