We had a rest in September 2024. I really liked Adam's hotel. The territory is beautiful, clean and cozy. The staff and hosts are wonderful, helpful, friendly. The pool is large and clean. The rooms have everything you need: air conditioning, TV, kettle, mugs, hair dryer. They clean every day, change towels every 3 days. There is a dining room on site, the food there is very tasty. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. Who goes on vacation to Abkhazia, I heartily recommend this hotel.

We had a family vacation in August 2024.The rooms are clean, cleaned every day.The territory is very well maintained, there is an excellent swimming pool in the yard, a trampoline for children, sun beds, swings.There is a dining room on site, where food is for every taste, the prices are normal.The hosts are very hospitable.Somehow I was lucky with the neighbors, no one was drinking until the morning, everything was quiet, decent.5-7 minutes to the sea.walking.I advise everyone to stay in a guest house"At Adam's, you won't regret it!!!

We just got back from vacation. The guest house is just wonderful, the rooms are not large, but very cozy. The area is simply gorgeous, the pool is warm and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Olga and Irina for creating coziness and comfort. According to the rules, check-in after 14:00, check-out before 12:00. We arrived at the hotel around 11 and were immediately checked in, but we had a transfer at 17:30 and we were calmly in our room, without any additional charges. A wonderful guest house, I recommend it to everyone. We will definitely come back
