We didn 't get out of the pools with the child . We ran from one to the other . One is warm , almost hot , the other is ordinary , cool . The territory is pleasant , with a view of the sea . The sea , by the way , is not far away . And I like that I'm kind of like a wild beach.There aren 't many people . But it's not far from the central one either. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. In principle, I'm happy with everything.

We had a rest at the end of May 2024. We took 2 comfort plus and economy rooms. It's fine as a guest house at Grandma's, even in a suite. Bedbugs and metal beds crawl in the ceiling lights. The advantage of this place is the pool (you can swim even at night) and the view from it. We ate at the on-site cafe, the most delicious dishes from the barbecue. The TV fell in the room, due to the fact that it was on bad racks, I had to pay for the purchase of a new one, in fact, instead of the usual LCD TV, they bought a new smart TV, because you can only buy equipment in Sukhum, and this dead model is no longer available, the interior was updated))). We could have had a fight and argued , but we didn't spoil the rest of the rest. In fact, there was no cleaning during the 10 days of rest. It's just that on the 5th day they brought in a roll of toilet paper, and they sort of cleaned up, but not noticeably. Ants walk in the rooms. The beach is just a nightmare, rotten algae on the shore... and no one cleans them, you don't like walking for half an hour to something more decent. If you plan to only sleep here or, on the contrary, walk around the pool and in it until the morning, then this is normal. The summer kitchen is about nothing at all, 2 worn pans and 2 pots, a tabletop camping tile that does not work. But we basically ate at their cafe, we only cooked breakfast and barbecue once. This is not the place for high-quality service and furnishings. In general, if they were positioned as an economy class vacation, then it would be fine (but then the price would have to be reduced)
