We had a vacation with my husband in September 2024. A very nice guest house, you can say a boarding house. They lived in a wooden building. The room is small, but everything you need is there: a double bed and a small bed for a child, a wardrobe, a table, air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub, sink, toilet. There is soap, shower gel and shampoo. Everything is very clean, the bed linen and towels are snow-white. Breakfast is included in the price. These are 2-3 types of porridge, an egg dish (omelet, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs), cottage cheese or casserole, pie or pancakes, tea and coffee. You can always eat enough for everyone. If desired, you can have lunch and dinner there for a small fee. Excellent home cooking, there is always a choice. After walking around the neighborhood and not finding anything better, we ate there. The beach is 3 minutes away through a pine grove. The sea is the purest. The beach is pebbly. You can sit in the sun on the pebbles or in the shade of the pines. There are changing rooms, shower, toilet on the beach. And restaurants, where without them. Everything is very civilized. There is not much place to walk in the area, but there is always a pine grove nearby. There will be an opportunity, we will definitely come again

We visited this hotel in August 2024 and took a suite.
The room is large, bright and has decent views from the 3rd floor (mountains, roofs of houses and a pine forest).
There is a 2-bed sofa in the room (so harsh for me) and 2 beds connected to one (soft, just moving apart from each other) with my wife it is not convenient to "sleep". Two TVs and two Splits, a refrigerator.
The linen and towels are clean. The repair is 4 with a minus. The dining room is small!!! But they were not poorly fed. There are plenty of parking spaces! The staff is helpful and friendly. The most important advantage is the proximity to the sea!!! Through a gorgeous centuries-old forest to the sea of 200 meters!!!
The cost is probably expensive, although it is cheap now.

We stayed at the hotel from August 20 to August 27, 24. I really liked it. The hotel is lovely, the staff is very friendly. Everything you need for a wonderful holiday.
The hotel is located on the first line. The path to the sea passes through a pine grove, which is why the air is simply healing. In the morning, you can sunbathe lying on the pebbles. And when the sun rises, everyone moves into the shade of the pines. It's better not to!

I liked everything, the stone building is freshly renovated, responsive staff, Parking, the location is wonderful (2 min. through the pines and on the sea already), there is its own small dining room (we had breakfast included), there are cafes, shops, pharmacies nearby.

We had a vacation with my wife here in August 2023! The place is just super, the convenient location to the beach is about 3 minutes on foot, the room was in a wooden building, on the second floor. There is a place on the terrace in front of the room where you can sit in the evening. The room is nice, large, refrigerator, air conditioning, hot water around the clock, light without interruption. In the morning, breakfast is included in the room rate. Breakfast is a variety every day, it's not tricky, but it's enough to have a snack. By location - everything is nearby, 2 canteens within walking distance, the sea, shops with wine and beer. We really liked it, everyone who writes that it's expensive, it's how you look at it, everything is learned in comparison. We will definitely come back, and I advise everyone to stop here!

The hotel doesn't even look bad. It looks solid and beautiful. There are many minor flaws in the rooms. Well, if you really find fault. The laminate is slightly swollen (in the room we rented), there are no hangers in the closet, the shower holder is "shaking", there is no large mirror, only in the bathroom. But you can put up with it.
The territory of the hotel is well maintained, there is a large trampoline for children. They wanted to roast a barbecue grill in the garden all "in holes".
The biggest plus that made us stay here is the proximity to the sea. One minute of walking through a pine grove, in which the air is beautiful, and you are on the beach.
The beach is also good, there is a large coastline, there is a toilet (paid) changing room, shower, sea water, all kinds of entertainment.
The big minus that I want to point out is the kitchen. We had breakfast included in the price. Apart from porridge and boiled eggs (and that was not always tasty), there was nothing to eat. The pancakes are bland, all the food is cold (with the exception of porridge, because it is in a saucepan). Everything is prepared in advance, and then it is simply served. We took dinner once (for a fee). Everything is also prepared in advance, so it is dry and heated in the microwave. Borscht also does not look like borscht, except that it is red. The tables are not wiped, dirty, and the dishes are not particularly clean either. They asked for glasses, they were stained. Then there are already steel in other places.
In general, if you rent this hotel, that is, in another place.

Everything is solved quickly. My husband needed a thermometer – they brought it, I had to print out a document – they helped me on the same day. The towel rack broke, I told the maid, and everything was fixed very quickly. We ate there, everything is very tasty, expensive, of course, but I looked at the prices in the nearest cafes, about everything is the same everywhere. The sea is clear! Everything is very beautiful everywhere! I recommend taking a boat trip on the Pegasus boat – get a lot of positive emotions!!!!

Great hotel, I recommend it. He lived in a stone building, in a suite. Two hefty rooms, two TVs, excellent cleaning every day, linen change every three days. There were no problems with water and light. There is Wi-Fi, about 20-30 mgb.s, it sags in the evening, sometimes critically. An excellent Inta administrator will help with all problems and questions, taxi calls, excursions, transfers, etc. Everything is very clean.
Among the disadvantages - there is no kettle and no dishes, except glasses and a decanter. This is a problem, especially when we were sick with rotavirus there)) I want to have a hot drink, but I have to go to the kitchen in the yard. The kitchen, namely breakfasts, is also a minus. Monotonous - porridge, scrambled eggs, casserole, donuts. They wash everything there with their hands.
Next, again about the good. Sirius is a VERY good place in terms of location. Three minutes and you're at sea. Also, this part of Nozadze Street (from cafe Tis to Cheburechnaya) is very narrow, and transport only goes there if necessary. It turns out to be such a quiet and intimate corner. This is a huge plus, because Abkhazia is a museum of the 90s with all the consequences. Living in a crowded place is hell - driving cars, music, cows and all that. So choose such places in order to face this "flavor" less.
There is little choice for decent food in the area. Cafe Tis is generally delicious, but annoying, everything is kind of monotonous, the same sauces and seasonings. Sunflower Cafe is also decent, but it's a long way from Sirius. The rest is much simpler and at your own risk. Verified turnout - Cheburechnaya 1, pilaf is so-so, samsa is tasteless. In the same place, women pour Sukhumi beer nearby, which is pleasant, I recommend sargana as an appetizer. Further closer to the Dolphin Hotel there is a Dining Room - we went there, we didn't get poisoned. From the shops - there is a grocery store next to Sally's hotel with a very colorful saleswoman) Fruits are sold near the beach at horse prices - watermelon 50, cherry 450 and so on. If you drink Abkhazian "wine", then it is there on every corner.
Along the beach. Everything costs 300 rubles - sun beds, umbrellas, bedding, there are bungalows and gazebos – I don't know why. The beach itself is pebbly, almost immediately deep. The water is very clean, the sea is mostly calm. A cool option - you can stay in the pines, if you are not confused by constantly drinking and eating people actively hanging out in the park)
The one who has read to the end is an observation. If you were in Crimea on the South Caucasus, there is a foreign country compared to Abkhazia. Abkhazia has beautiful nature, but trash is all around. It was as if I was transported back to my youth, when we were annealing in Adler or in the Crimea in the 90s. I didn't feel nostalgia at all, I just shuddered)) Especially from local traffic))) I strictly do not recommend going there by car if you have less than 20 years of experience, and if more, take diapers)

We really enjoyed our stay in Sirius! We had a rest from July 31 to August 11. We booked rooms in the stone building back in March, because we understood that there would be no places in the middle of the season for sure (when we rested, people came in every day, asked if there were available rooms and of course there were none)). The stone building is new, we lived on the third floor, the room was beautiful - modern renovation and furniture, good plumbing (there is a hairdryer), blackout curtains, high mattresses, snow-white linen. In the extra place for the child (cot), the mattress is certainly too thin, but I put the blankets down and it got better. Room cleaning every day, change of linen and towels every three days. Breakfast is included in the price, two dishes per person. Every day there are two porridges to choose from, sausages and boiled eggs and change the extras.dishes: pancakes, casserole, cheesecakes, donuts. It was delicious for us, everyone was full) Yes, the delivery of dishes is not fast, there is a queue in the morning, since only 2 people work in the kitchen, but it did not bother us in any way - where should we hurry on vacation?)) You can have lunch and dinner here too, it turns out cheaper than in a cafe, and Angela and Marina (kitchen staff) always try to cook something delicious if they have time. You can order khachapur, fish, pizza and desserts even. We are also grateful to the administrator Inta, the maids Alice and Zula - they solve all issues, clean up. For 200 rubles, you can give things to the laundry. Ironing boards and irons are on the ground floor. In the yard there is a trampoline for children, on which they spent every evening, and for adults there is a large gazebo in the shade of kiwi)) Another important advantage of Sirius is the presence of its own generator. Power outages in Abkhazia happen quite often, we hardly noticed them here, the lights turned on again very quickly. And of course the main advantage of Sirius is its proximity to the sea and the road to it. For several years in a row, we rest only in Ldzaa just because of the cleanest and calm sea and a beautiful pine grove. And also about Sirius. You need to understand that this is still a guest house, not a hotel, where everything works like clockwork at the expense of a dozen employees. Here, in fact, only 5 people are responsible for two buildings and they make every effort to ensure that everything is fine for everyone.

They caught an intestinal infection, most likely there, because out of 4 people, one did not drink alcohol, the second did not swim at all, they also ate different dishes in other places. Therefore, we came to the conclusion that it was in their kitchen that they picked up... In general, the place is beautiful, the beach is really two steps away. In addition, while staying at this hotel, we had difficulty finding decent, delicious food. Well, for people who value comfort and civilization, definitely not in Ldza.

We had a rest at the Sirius hotel with three families! Booked several months in advance. They position themselves as a hotel, but!!! The rooms are poorly cleaned, the dirt does not wash out, the smell of sewage in the shady room and all the walls are mildewed, the smell of a damp basement is constantly standing. The mattresses are terrible, you sleep like in a sagging hammock, you suffered all the rest. When asked to change the towels in the room on day 3, the maid rudely asked: what's wrong with them? What do you mean? I also came to wash towels, isn't it too much for that kind of money?! The food in the dining room was wilted very tasty, in fact, pancakes, if raw thick tortillas can be called pancakes, I have not seen this anywhere! Pancakes are also not edible, porridge for 3 points, pies are all on margarine, not edible! It would not be bad to change chefs, such food cannot be sold for money! Prices in their cafe cosmos, for example 1 boiled egg - 50₽! There is a cafe on the coast, there is very tasty food, pies with delicious cheese, greased with butter, we ate there. The hostess promised to make a discount before check-in, as a result, she returned only part of the extra money. We won't go any more! There are hotels with the same prices, where you do not need to ask for towels to be replaced, they are changed themselves, the room is cleaned and the guests are treated respectfully. I definitely do not recommend it!

When we got off the train with a friend, children, each of them with a baby of 8 months and 1.5 came to Sirius to check in, Larisa Alexandrovna told us that there was a mistake, this was her first time, she miscalculated, she counted the wrong number for us, they already cost 1000-1500 more per day, what discounts and breakfast as a gift, she said I can't support you at my own expense. This attitude still has an unpleasant aftertaste. We went to the Sirius Guest House from September 9 to September 16, 2021. Among the advantages: the organization of a transfer, they were picked up from Adler station, taken to the border, there they passed customs on foot with a conductor without queuing, then again they took the bus to the hotel. They paid 700 rubles per person for everything. According to the location, the sea is really close, the beach is pebbly, it is better to take special shoes. On the beach there is a locker room, a shower and a paid toilet (15 rubles).
The weather was good, it rained for a couple of days, but it was still warm. The sea is clean, but at this time it is subjectively cool, if you swim, you get used to it. In any case, there were quite a lot of swimmers, but there was enough place to swim and lie down on the shore. There were also sun beds, but they were paid, we did not use them. Now the controversial points: we took the luxury price of 5 thousand per day without food. Honestly, it doesn't look like a suite. A two-storey wooden house with creaking floors, a bed and sound insulation that does not come from the word at all, the feeling that someone is walking next to you. There is also a stone building, it probably should be better in this regard, but this one was proposed. In general, the room has 2 rooms: one has a double bed, for some reason one bedside table, air conditioning, then a bathroom with a bathtub (there is a hairdryer), and the other has a pull-out sofa, refrigerator, air conditioning, wardrobe and flat-screen TV. Towels were provided, but there was no blanket, only one blanket and two blankets made of a towel-like material, it was a little chilly under them at night. Another plaid would be nice. Also, of the disadvantages, often, but for short periods (the generator helped out), and also at night from 3 to 5 they turn off the light, it did not bother much, but it was unpleasant. Wi-Fi is also a problem, it seems to be there, but it barely catches even at the door, at least in a wooden case. There was also no balcony, only a common veranda, on which there were clothes dryers. The underwear did not always dry out overnight, so it is better to take 2 sets of swimsuits. Of the advantages, a baby cot was provided free of charge for the child. There is a swing bench, trampoline, gazebo on the territory. Nutrition: there is a dining room on site, meals 3 times a day, breakfast at about 8.30 am, usually porridge or scrambled eggs, cheesecakes or pancakes with sour cream or cottage cheese with sour cream, tea or coffee. The price is 250 rubles per person. Lunch at about 13:30: first, second, salad and compote. For the first, meatball soup or pickle soup or chicken noodles or pea soup. For the second, potatoes with fried chicken, or boiled vegetables with chicken or buckwheat with meatballs. The price is 350 rubles. Dinner from 6.30 pm: pilaf or pasta in navy style or stuffed peppers with potatoes and vegetables, salad, tea or coffee. You can order fried trout for 350 rubles. The price of a regular dinner is 300 rubles. Total per person meals 3 times a day 900 rubles. In general, the food is delicious and varied, we really liked it, the staff is friendly and friendly. In principle, there is an alternative, there is a cafe very close by. There are also kiosks nearby where chebureks, samsa, etc. are sold. And so, in general, the impressions were good, with the exception, perhaps, of the room.

I was there in August 2019. The rooms, indeed, are in one of the buildings - with wooden partitions, and when the noisy group moved into the next room, Larisa granted our request to move to the next building. In general, the place is one of the best on the entire Black Sea coast, from Kilia to Batumi. Super sea, super beach, awesome cafes, canteens nearby. A gorgeous pine park across a country road. Great location! 2 minutes to the sea through a pine grove. We were glad that we chose this hotel during the whole vacation. And the food is excellent, although the choice is small, but every day there is something new and everything is always very tasty. Special thanks to the staff! Very kind and helpful people.
