Thanks to Svetlana for the wonderful Shanti Guest House. The room is clean and cozy. A beautifully decorated courtyard where you can take beautiful photos. The kitchen has everything for cooking. There is a great beach nearby. There are shops nearby. I recommend.

Shanti liked the guest house very much.
A cozy wooden house with a sitting area under a vineyard in the loft style.
Even though we arrived at night, Svetlana met us and settled in.
Among the advantages:
The private sector is close to the border, literally 3-4km. There is a sea nearby, there is also a pond nearby where frogs can be heard).
We moved into the 2nd floor.
Despite the fact that there was no light (in all of Abkhazia) it didn't become a disaster. After all, it's cool when you can devote time to peace of mind without light, noise, gadgets. To sit and get high on the veranda with lighted candles, just a romantic.
Private house with parking space for 1-2 cars 👍
It's cool that there is a parking space in the yard, because not everyone can provide it.
Svetlana also suggested where you can go and what you can see in 1 day (by car) (we just went spontaneously for the first time, not knowing anything).
Also in the morning, Svetlana treated us to delicious (freshly made) coffee and tea.
Come by and you won't regret it.
If you want to plunge into the world of books, romance and tranquility, go to the Shanti House.
Special thanks for sheltering us for 1 day. As it turned out later: we went out of season and all the hotels and houses were not ready.

We had a rest in Shanti from June 26 to July 9, 2024. The hostess Svetlana is very hospitable. She greeted us very well. Our room was a triple room with mountain views and with all amenities (air conditioning, TV, mini fridge and of course toilet, shower in the room). We arrived as a family with two children. There is a children's area in the yard, a swing, there is a place to play - the children really liked it, there is also a zone in the backyard where they can play, in the evening there is a backlight with flashlights 👍
Someone wrote in the reviews that the lights are often turned off, we have never been turned off during this time, although it rained and stormed for a couple of days! Then the weather got better.
It takes 3-4 minutes to walk from the house to the sea with small children. Very close! There is an opportunity to take an umbrella and sun loungers on the beach (200 rubles) the cost of an umbrella for the whole day, even if you took it in the morning, then left, then the second time you came you took it again. You can also take a cheap board on the beach! We went for a ride with the children - I really liked it. You can ride a jet ski, boats - large and small, on a cheesecake, "banana".
Nearby there are shops, a hairdresser, and the neighbors have a dining room. You can also cook by yourself, there is a summer kitchen in Shanti!
A 5-minute walk away is a new road, where minibuses constantly run and you can get to Gagra, New Athos, Pitsunda, Sukhum. The nature here is gorgeous 😍
Svetlana told us everything about where and how to go on excursions, and also helped us organize trips.
Shanti thank you very much - we really enjoyed our vacation! We will be happy to come here again.
