Svetlana, thank you very much for your hospitality. We really liked everything. The rooms are cozy. Shower, toilet are all in the room. Air conditioning, TV. The area is covered in flowers. The hostess is very friendly, treated her to cucumbers, and for the first time tasted feijoa jam. A very cozy house. Next time we will come and stay with you, and we will recommend only you. I booked a room (Pearl room) in this guest house in June for August. Plans changed, and at the end of June he asked for a refund of the reservation. August is still far away, and it would seem that there are no problems, people will be found. But no, they don't refund the reservation. Be careful with this guest house. We had a rest in July 2022, everything is great. The room is clean and cozy, a maid comes every day to clean, iron, and do laundry. You can always find out all the information from the hostess Svetlana. The sea is just around the corner, we went there with our cups in the morning to drink coffee. The veranda with upholstered furniture is gorgeous, several companies can relax at the same time and no one will bother anyone. Wifi, despite the large number of vacationers, flies.

It's dirty, the furniture is all old, there's a lot of dust everywhere. The dishes are all old, the toilet stinks, mold. The hostess is constantly leaving, throwing everything at her girlfriends. Don't set foot there anymore. The lights are constantly turned off, the wiring fails, knocks out the machines. The hostess is not going to do anything about it.

The only advantage is the proximity to the sea and the embankment.We checked into the room, the room is dirty in the room, the room is damp, mold on the walls.The plumbing didn't work, the shower head was constantly leaking, the toilet was wobbling. The hostess complains that there are no men's hands, there is no one to fix. She moved us to another room, not much better than the previous one. They wanted to move to another place, but they did not return the money. We lived like this for a week. The sea was good, the weather was good. The lights were constantly turned off, her shield was knocked out, it was hot in summer, it was hard without a split. We came to the conclusion that living in the private sector is very problematic.
