Of course, there are disadvantages, but there are more advantages, so we liked the vacation, we recommend the place! Positive: 1. Large, clean swimming pool. The water is transparent, does not smell of chlorine, and special chemicals are poured. They are cleaned every few days. There aren't many people swimming. There are enough deck chairs. The pool is deep enough, children only wear armbands. In the evenings, it's just a salvation in the heat! 2. The rooms were renovated, lived in a two-storey building, in superior rooms, overlooking the pool. There is everything for a comfortable stay. Hair dryer, refrigerator, air conditioner, TV shows 6 channels, including a Carousel, towels are provided, but you can not take them to the beach and to the pool, you need your own. Access to the pool allows you to monitor the children directly from the room. 3. The territory is beautiful, lots of greenery, grapes, lime, palm trees.. The most important thing is that it is closed, the entrance is by key, strangers will not enter, children will not run away! 4 houses and one two-storey building for tourists. Two large kitchens, parking, master house. Cozy! 4. Wi-Fi is available throughout the territory. Everything seems to be fine. 5. There are two kitchens, one for houses, the second for rooms. Spacious, two electric stoves, clean dishes, two refrigerators, it's nice to sit. In the evening, they sit in companies. At the bar, you can buy beer, wine, ice cream, and coal from the owners.. 6. Barbecue is free. 7. Free laundry and ironing, no restrictions. 8. 5-7 minutes walk to the sea. The beach is pebbly, when there is no storm, the water is very clean. Special shoes are needed, it hurts on the stones. Umbrellas and sun beds for 200 rubles apiece. Bananas, cheesecakes 750 rub/person, there are bars on the beach. 9. We drove 10 minutes from the border, very fast. The hosts are friendly. We met at the border. Shops, canteens and cafes are nearby. The pharmacy is a little far away. 10. The area is relatively quiet. Almost everyone is with children. They don't make any noise after 23, many people go to the sea early in the morning. Calmly. Minuses: 1. Room cleaning and towel change every 7 days!!! and then on demand. I have piggy kids and this is the fattest minus for me! Take out the garbage from the room yourself. I don't want to wash the floors and the toilet on vacation, I want to take a break from it. But it doesn't work out here. 2. The lights in the whole village are turned off very often, as a result, the boilers do not work and there is no water! Refrigerators are not working, there is no Internet. I understand that this is not the fault of the guest house, but since there is no backup power, generators, I have to put up with it. Just be prepared for it. 3. Periodically, there was a very strong stench from the sewer. I don't know what's the reason, maybe all the water in Abkhazia smells like that. 4. Ants on the territory and, as a result, in the room on the ground floor. The owners are struggling with this, they are spitting, but you still need to be prepared for this. 5. Very small closet in the room. It's very uncomfortable for three people. 6. The clothes dryer in the rooms is small, there is not enough space. Towels were dried on a bench near the room. From the wishes: 1. Ideally, make a playground or trampoline, otherwise in the evening children run around the pool, not knowing what to do with themselves. 2. I would like a table and chairs in each room. Personally, we missed it a lot, we were sitting by the pool with wine. If you are sociable extroverts, you can hang out with companies in the kitchen. We wanted privacy.. 3. I would like a dining room right on the territory or a person who would cook lunch / dinner. But, of course, we knew where we were going, but if meals were organized for a fee, it would be very cool! In general, I liked the guest house, if compared with alternative options in Abkhazia, it's just great! People come here in families from year to year. The owners are trying, there is the main thing for a comfortable stay, somehow the pros overlap the cons, and we had a very good rest. And nature and the sea generally make you forget about everything!

I was on vacation with my mother from September 1 to September 8, 2024. Convenient location. The sea is 5 minutes away, there are many shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. Friendly hosts, cleanliness in the room, in the kitchen and on the territory!! A magnificent swimming pool! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!!! All the best to you and prosperity!!! We had a rest with our daughter from 09.08 to 16.08, we liked everything. Everything is clean, the room has everything you need, a very comfortable bed, shower, air conditioning. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the sea. Many thanks to the hostess Svetlana for her friendly attitude and responsiveness!
