We had a vacation in Bougainvillea in June 2021. It was wonderful!!! Inna and Astik are very hospitable and kind🥰 It is very pleasant to communicate with them! The room is great, with a kitchen, TV, air conditioning, shower and toilet! A cozy courtyard! The sea is nearby! After the hustle and bustle of the city and endless working days, it was a wonderful, calm and cozy vacation! We miss you very much, we hope to come next year!!!

Good day, dear lovers of recreation in Abkhazia. The whole family has been vacationing in the guest house under the colorful name "Buginvilia" since 2016. To be honest, I have not seen a better guest house. The responsiveness and hospitality of the hosts complements the pleasant picture of the comfort of the rooms. No one offers any excursions without the desire of vacationers. In general, a vacation in "Bougainvillea" can be compared with a vacation with loved ones. We are always welcome, and every year we look forward to a vacation to be with our hospitable Inna and Astik again.Yes, I would also like to write that we also rested in another guest house, which Inna kindly offered. Lyudmila Vasilyevna also has very good rooms, and kindness and responsiveness will complement the pleasant impression of a vacation. And in conclusion, I would like to write the following: if you are planning a vacation with young children, in my opinion, it would be better to settle with Inna, if the children have already grown up, then I think it will be more convenient for you with Lyudmila Vasilyevna: you can find two-room rooms with a balcony. Have a wonderful holiday for everyone. I will be glad if my review helps someone find a place to live in Abkhazia...

I will leave the most complete review of the guest house of the same name *Bougainvillea*, I will not be lazy! Everything is run by a hostess named Inna and her husband, whose name I do not know, I only know that he likes to drink and drive drunk people to the train station!(I saw it almost daily myself). A week before departure, I went to the bookingcom website and found this hotel. I liked the pictures that the hostess posted there, clicking on the select room button, I chose a beautiful room with a renovated balcony! The amount for 2 weeks was 33,000 - which is not small for Abkhazia!as a sensible person, I realized that since the hostess puts up rooms, then she has a reservation for this particular room!It's logical, logical!we also ordered a transfer (it is easier to order via the Internet and not through the hostess, cheaper by a thousand rubles!)in general, we were brought to the specified guest house, I looked around like nothing, more girls from Moscow were traveling with us, she first settled them in a room that the girls did not like, they ordered a completely different one and with a balcony, and they were offered on the ground floor and completely different! But that's all right! After fussing, the hostess took my husband and me to some corner located next to her house, but this is no longer the Bougainvillea guest house!!!!!!! And she showed me a creepy room in which someone died, beaten with wood and smelling of junk and said that it was a SUITE! I was immediately outraged, she took me to another house!!! There!!! Already a different owner!! It's the third one!!! He showed me the room there and said that it was also a suite! I'm fucked up!! Everything became clear to me! I was surprised to ask how much it costs, she said that it was the same and that this was the same Bougainvillea guest house! But this is a pure lie!!!!I gave her the money because I have a very small child and I don't have time to search! Then this Inna offered me wine for 350 rubles and said that everyone has shit and it's better not to take it! After tasting her wine, I realized that this is also shit, only at a high price, because everywhere it cost 150 rubles! She also offered us excursions (she does excursions unofficially, without a license, does not give any guarantees for the life and health of tourists and does not pay taxes!)having also said not to take them from anyone, we were shocked when she cynically sent people into the mountains in an open jeep in the rain!! If only I could get some money!! There are no words! I endured until the last moment, until she came on the day of departure and told me to check out at 11 o'clock, although according to booking we had to do it before 12!!! I told her that I would leave at 11:59 and then the garbage broke! This woman started yelling at me and immediately her husband flew up like a kite! Then she demanded that we get out of here urgently! By the way! We really overpaid 10 thousand rubles for the shack where she put us!! 10!! She did not deny that she was a fraud and said that this was her business! With us, she also sent people who, just like we fell for her tricks, people also overpaid for something that really wasn't there!!in the house where she settled us, there really was a hostess who did not want to just get in touch with Inna, since she supplied her clients! In short!!! It's just a nightmare! She and her husband drink a lot there every night and make a decent noise! And Bougainvillea settles its house only for those who have already been there! Because you can't fool them along the way, and mostly the elderly..That's such a nightmare, comrades!!
