An excellent hotel! We chose it on the recommendation of friends, and this is the best place where we stayed! We booked for 1 night at the booking, upon check-in we were surprised and settled into one of the best two-room rooms with mountain views! High-class service, the staff does everything to make you have a great rest! Everyone is friendly, helpful and smiling! The hotel has a sauna, a warm outdoor Jacuzzi with mountain views, a nearby bar, an indoor pool with panoramic windows, as well as breakfast (included in the price), excursions for an additional fee, massages and much more! We were very pleased that we chose this place on our journey! Thank you for the memories that will stay with us forever! ❤️

An amazing hotel. Everything is cool: the rooms, the views, the design, the beautiful large pool inside. Super warm outdoor jacuzzi pool. The breakfasts are very tasty. The service is excellent.

The staff is responsive and attentive, they speak Russian well for a long time.

Positive:
The whole hotel. Cool spa area, swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, small gym. Excellent service, excellent condition of everything, the staff are just sweethearts, I send you rays of love!
It is located near the cable cars and minibus stops in Tbilisi (smart shopping center).
Minuses:
There are NO air conditioners, because the resort is winter (at least
in std rooms). And if you open the window, the local dogs do not let you sleep (for some reason they prefer to bark at night). Four-course breakfasts.
Resume:
Despite the described inconveniences, I got high.
I want to come in winter.

New hotel, newly renovated, clean. delicious breakfasts, convenient access to the mountain and arrival from the mountain, beautiful views!
Why do I put not 5, but 4, there are NOT friendly people at the reception, as it is not customary to greet guests, this surprised me. Olive oil was missing for breakfast for a couple of days, for salad dressing, I had to contact the staff.

Отличный отель. Были в июле проездом на одну ночь. Персонал вежливый, хоть и был языковой барьер, нашли русскоговорящего сотрудника и помогли во всем разобраться. Интерьер номера соответствует фотографии, все чистое и новое. Завтрак хороший, выбор блюд на любой вкус, есть зерновой кофе. Приятным бонусом было включено в проживание посещение зоны СПА с бассейном, сауной и джакузи. Ну и конечно, вид на горы просто великолепный.

Супер отель! Прекрасные номера. Нам много говорили, что лучше в Гудаури приезжать зимой, но в этом отеле мы прекрасно провели время и летом. Великолепные завтраки, с разнообразным выбором. Также отличный ресторан внутри отеля для обеда и ужина. Внизу сауна, большой бассейн и бассейн с горячей водой на улице. В 30 минутах ходьбы находится канатная дорога, всем очень рекомендую данный отель.

A great hotel right on the slope. The rooms were cool, but at our request, an additional heater was immediately brought. The breakfasts are delicious. The choice of dishes is large, no one will remain hungry. Sparkling wine is served free of charge on weekends. There is a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi outside - a very popular place after skiing.

Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки
- дефицит халатов поэтому не очень комфортно ходить в бассейн. На террасе собаки вечером от них шум

Очень красиво.
Крутой бассейн с подогревом. Правда вид портит натянутая красная сетка.
Классный ресторана. Очень красивый вид.
Интерьер тоже хороший.
В отеле не оставалась, но рада была посетить СПА и ресторан

Отель позиционирует себя как 5 звезд, чемоданы приходится тащить самому по очень неудобному подъему.
На завтраке очередь за яичницей, ожидать придется 30-40 минут
Очередь к кофемашине.
Если на пару дней остановится то нормально, но дольше не стоит
