They rolled down, they used to give 800mb /s + for 1000r, then they raised the price to 1300r and quietly cut the speed "according to the tariff" to 200mb/s. At the same time, no other tariffs were added to get the same speed, even for a lot of money. They are equal to competitors in a bad sense of the word. Someday there will be normal communication and Internet in Abkhazia for normal money, but it will definitely not be in this century.
