Unfortunately, the beef was a bit harsh, it was hard to chew, but the sweet girl waiter apologized and brought coffee on the house as an apology. There is also a very tasty large plate with pickles. As they say, the theater begins with a hanger! Which is very relevant to the Gubernsky restaurant! The entrance to the restaurant is through the patio. The courtyard is small, but despite this, a small comfort has been created: floral and lamp-like (this is especially evident in the dark) atmosphere. There is also a summer playground in the courtyard. The restaurant itself is located in the basement. A cozy place, with strict decoration. Live music from 20.00, the repertoire is diverse.
Now about the readiness of the institution to welcome guests. All interaction was carried out remotely. The peculiarity was that our company was from the Russian Federation. It was required to set the table from the menu of national cuisine. Tech. the task was completed 100%. Moreover, upon learning that one of the guests does not eat a certain product, it was proactively stated that there would be separate portions without this product especially for him. And so it was! All the food presented is delicious, the portions are decent.
Cleanliness and comfort are undoubtedly important, but the staff, in particular the deputy, is also of key importance.Kirill, the manager, is the storehouse of the institution. Correct, professional. At the beginning of the feast, he held a presentation of treats. During the evening, he was constantly "in touch" with our table)).
The institution does not have the motto "we do not reserve tables", "we do not cover the banquet, come and order on the spot", unlike competitors of catering in Vitebsk, and perhaps this is only the merit of Kirill, who believed in the seriousness of our intentions. Although even before communicating with Kirill, during initial contact with an employee of the institution, information was announced that I was in the Russian Federation, it was not possible to physically approach and pay for the pre-order, to which it was reported that the management would find a way out of the situation, offer options and contact me on this issue. By the way, customer orientation is felt everywhere. Because initially I tried to contact the restaurant via Whatsapp, but failed. I contacted the hotel, which passed my information to the restaurant. Later, communication continued through telegrams. I think the hotel is also friendly to its guests.
To Kirill's question at the end of the evening: "Did you regret that you chose "Gubernsky?", the categorical answer is "No!" The feast was paid for with a Mir card))). The company of my friends was also satisfied and my excitement was gone))!
Gubernsky and I shared confidence in our mutual trust, despite the fact that we did not know each other, and everyone's excitement was the same. For me, the success was that the evening went perfectly, and for Gubernsky - that the customer arrived and paid for the covered banquet)))))))
Bottom line: The impression of the service was very customer-oriented and friendly.

We were in this place for the first time, and we liked everything. We made a pre-order, it was ready for arrival. And they helped to make tables so that the whole company could sit down together. The food is delicious... The prices are average, the menu has a variety to choose from. Special thanks to the waiter Alexey, he made our evening as comfortable as possible.
The minus is the music on the terrace, it does not fit the institution at all. There is live music in the equipment room. And one of the toilets is not cleaned😓👎

It's not a bad restaurant. But the organizational part suffers. We were celebrating an anniversary. The table was set very nicely. But the empty dishes were poorly cleaned. It seems that there is one waiter and two assistant girls for the entire restaurant. They didn't have time to keep track of all the guests. Although they worked very well, there are no complaints about them. Nevertheless, I recommended this restaurant to my friends. I really liked the courtyard of the restaurant. Everything is very well thought out.

Губернский трактир- одно из лучших мест для отдыха в Витебске. 26.08.2023г праздновали юбилей. Банкетный зал на 18 персон отличнейшее место для отдыха. Обслуживание, персонал, атмосфера на высшем уровне. Еда очень вкусная, порции огромные, цены приемлемы.

Отмечали юбилей в банкетном зале. Оформлен стол хорошо. Меню не слишком разнообразно, были вопросы при заказе, но справились. Приготовлено было на отлично, все вкусно и красиво. Официант заходил часто и интересовался все ли в порядке. Музыка очень понравилась, пели на отлично. Контингент различный. Рекомендуем для тех кто любит вкусно поесть и спокойно отдохнуть😊

Были проездом в городе Витебск, останавливались в отеле Губернский, по совету администрации отеля зашли пообедать. Обслуживание и еда понравились настолько, поэтому завтракали обедали и ужинали только там! Еда простая, но очень вкусная. Особая благодарность официанту Кириллу: внимательный, учтивый и отлично знающий меню. Трактир Губернский - прекрасный островок тишины, уюта и вкусной кухни.

Праздновали день свадьбы, персонал 10 из 10, доброжелательность и вежливость их конек. При бронировании официант помог с меню, во время застолья всегда был доступен, со столов все вовремя убиралось и приносилось. Понравились кнопки вызова за столиками, искать персонал не приходилось. Вкусное и доступное меню. Очень рекомендую.

Еда : вкусно , готовят сами, Обслуживают быстро.
Интерьер: старенький , можно и поменять, и мебель и антураж .
НО что больше всего расстроил, это крокодил в аквариуме, Зачем от там, так жалко его. Аквариум по длине самого животного, он почти не двигается, это конечно ......треш.

Отличное душевное историческое место. Меню - то что надо, цены - демократичные. Для туристов очень удобно. Можно проживая в гостинице в том же здании (и даже с тем же названием) столоваться этажом ниже))

Еда вкусная, ценник ближе к высокому по сравнению с ценами города. Персонал вежливый, атмосфера мрачноватая, музыки нет, блюда ждали недолго. Все, вроде, не плохо, но вернуться второй раз туда не захотела.

Здесь всё отлично. Чувствуется близость руководства.
Еда вкусная, отлично подаётся. Зал очень уютный, чистота- на должном уровне!
Недостаток, не зависящий от коллектива—отсутствие автостоянки.
Однозначно- пять звёзд!
