The cuisine was pleasantly surprised, the prices are restaurant-style, but the quality and serving of dishes are consistent. The service is fast, the staff is polite and helpful, they will always help you sort out the selection range. The music is pleasant, it doesn't interfere with communication, and on weekends, judging by the small stage, there is live music, but we didn't get in. A cozy beautifully equipped courtyard, there is a covered track for those who want to spend time outdoors.

Nice place, cozy atmosphere! We celebrated the 27th corporate party, the program is fun. The cuisine was delicious, the only thing hot was potatoes, something like homemade, with meat, and if the potatoes were just super tasty, then the meat was hard, not to bite. It looks like a chop that has not only been finely chopped, but also overcooked. Salads and snacks are delicious!

I liked the hotel's location (between the train stations and the center, everything is within walking distance, but on a quiet street), private parking on site, and an affordable room rate. It looks like it used to be an office center. The business comfort room consists of two large rooms and a large bathroom. Everything is already tired, but serviceable.

We visited the institution on January 12. I really liked the cozy and comfortable place, we ordered the menu and brought it very quickly. We visited this institution in the summer. Overall, it's not a bad place, the cuisine is average, and the prices are too. It was cozy in the courtyard, but the tables were very dusty, when they sat down, the waiter did not wipe. I killed a handwritten check. We thought there was no such thing anywhere else. There were questions about the price. The menu shows one price, when ordering, they said the price changed at lunch, as a result, they entered the old price.

As they say, the theater begins with a hanger! Which is very relevant to the Gubernsky restaurant! The entrance to the restaurant is through the patio. The courtyard is small, but despite this, a small comfort has been created: floral and lamp-like (this is especially evident in the dark) atmosphere. There is also a summer playground in the courtyard. The restaurant itself is located in the basement. A cozy place, with strict decoration. Live music from 20.00, the repertoire is diverse.
Now about the readiness of the institution to welcome guests. All interaction was carried out remotely. The peculiarity was that our company was from the Russian Federation. It was required to set the table from the menu of national cuisine. Tech. the task was completed 100%. Moreover, upon learning that one of the guests does not eat a certain product, it was proactively stated that there would be separate portions without this product especially for him. And so it was! All the food presented is delicious, the portions are decent.
Cleanliness and comfort are undoubtedly important, but the staff, in particular the deputy, is also of key importance.Kirill, the manager, is the storehouse of the institution. Correct, professional. At the beginning of the feast, he held a presentation of treats. During the evening, he was constantly "in touch" with our table)).
The institution does not have the motto "we do not reserve tables", "we do not cover the banquet, come and order on the spot", unlike competitors of catering in Vitebsk, and perhaps this is only the merit of Kirill, who believed in the seriousness of our intentions. Although even before communicating with Kirill, during initial contact with an employee of the institution, information was announced that I was in the Russian Federation, it was not possible to physically approach and pay for the pre-order, to which it was reported that the management would find a way out of the situation, offer options and contact me on this issue. By the way, customer orientation is felt everywhere. Because initially I tried to contact the restaurant via Whatsapp, but failed. I contacted the hotel, which passed my information to the restaurant. Later, communication continued through telegrams. I think the hotel is also friendly to its guests.
To Kirill's question at the end of the evening: "Did you regret that you chose "Gubernsky?", the categorical answer is "No!" The feast was paid for with a Mir card))). The company of my friends was also satisfied and my excitement was gone))!
Gubernsky and I shared confidence in our mutual trust, despite the fact that we did not know each other, and everyone's excitement was the same. For me, the success was that the evening went perfectly, and for Gubernsky - that the customer arrived and paid for the covered banquet)))))))
Bottom line: The impression of the service was very customer-oriented and friendly.

It's not a bad restaurant. But the organizational part suffers. We were celebrating an anniversary. The table was set very nicely. But the empty dishes were poorly cleaned. It seems that there is one waiter and two assistant girls for the entire restaurant. They didn't have time to keep track of all the guests. Although they worked very well, there are no complaints about them. Nevertheless, I recommended this restaurant to my friends. I really liked the courtyard of the restaurant.
