This is a small hotel with a small number of rooms, located in a residential area. Parking for a maximum of 2 cars. The staff is friendly. I was struck by the bed in the room - my wife and I got lost on it - you can sleep even along, even across - you won't cross paths. The breakfasts are simple, European without frills, but hearty. The location is very convenient - to all attractions and shopping centers from 5 to 20 minutes on foot. There are cafes and restaurants on this street, but we did not really like it - it is much better and tastier if you go to Nemiga Street. I really liked the local Cornflowers chain

Very nice hotel in the center of Minsk. Walking distance to the main attractions of the city. It is very quiet in the hotel and on the street where the hotel stands
. The Italian Embassy is nearby. The courtyards of neighboring houses form a kind of "draft"-passages to different streets of the city. There are many cafes in the neighborhood, 5 minutes from the shopping center.
The rooms in the hotel are spacious, the beds are huge, the linen was changed, air conditioning, decent breakfasts. If we go to Minsk again, we will definitely stay at the Gubernsky

I liked everything. It's convenient, there are good restaurants and shopping centers nearby, the room is just huge, the bed is more wide than long. One minus, apparently it was possible to smoke there before and this smell cannot be removed from the carpet, it must be changed.

The hotel is located in the center of Minsk. Victory Square is not far away. The rooms are cozy and large. The bathroom is huge. There is a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, kettle, cups, tea, sugar, Wi-Fi Bath accessories, bathrobes. The windows can be curtained and it will be dark.

The hotel is small, has 10 rooms, is located in a quiet location, but there is a shopping center and a cafe nearby. The bed is very large, you can sleep lengthwise or crosswise, the room is clean, everything you need is available. Breakfast is a buffet, the chef will offer scrambled eggs or an omelet freshly prepared, especially for you. The staff has a very nice and warm atmosphere. I definitely recommend it!

Very contradictory feelings.
On the one hand, there are magnificent rooms, with huge beds, a spacious bathroom and all the necessary accessories (it seems), at very reasonable prices. The location is gorgeous, the area is quiet, and it seems to be an ideal hotel, BUT:
Some kind of goofy attitude to the configuration of rooms, which varies from small inconveniences to disaster. Either the kettle was not brought to the room, or a very poor set of tea supplies (do not put a bag of coffee in the room? Seriously, is this such an expense?), and since there was no toilet paper in the room, naturally, this detail turns out at the most inopportune moment.
These annoying flaws severely undermine trust.
If this review is read by the hotel staff:
CHECK THE CONSUMABLES IN THE ROOMS! There aren't that many of them, after all.
If these defects are corrected, I will be happy to recommend the hotel to everyone. In the meantime, be vigilant: the hotel is really good if you responsibly approach the check-in

We took this hotel because there were no other acceptable options.
It turned out to be 16 thousand for 2 nights on May holidays. Not a little. And this is without breakfast.
But The Location is TOP.
The staff is friendly.
The room was large, clean for 4,
the bed was comfortable, the bed was clean.
There were accessories, but not all, they were ready to buy a set of toothbrushes, but they said "out of stock" at the reception, which is a minus.
In general, the room is not worth that much money.
But we were still satisfied with the weekend.

Nice hotel in a historic house. Within walking distance of the shopping center (various), cafes, restaurants, river, attractions, metro.
The breakfasts at the hotels are fresh and sufficient. The only small disadvantage is the lack of an elevator. We must be ready to carry a suitcase up the stairs.

The hotel is 10 minutes from the old center. 3 floors, 8-10 rooms in total. A deluxe room of 50 square meters, a large bed, a sofa, armchairs, a kettle and several tea bags. Large bathroom with a normal shower (not a plastic cup!!!) there are a lot of disposable accessories, up to a disposable manicure set. The only thing, however, as in many hotels, is the trouble with pillows: they are skinny, uncomfortable. Breakfast on the ground floor, something like a buffet, the cook also offers scrambled eggs or porridge, you will not stay hungry. Nearby is a wonderful cafe "Rakovsky Brovar"-I recommend it, do not go to the "Pansky dranik", it is not tasty, it is greasy. There is also a shopping center with many boutiques and cafes nearby. I definitely recommend the hotel.

It came up in all respects. If you carefully read the description and reviews, there will be no disappointments. A great small hotel for 11 rooms. 3 floors without an elevator, which was quite satisfactory + as requested, they gave a room "higher". There are water coolers on the floors / no need to buy plastic in the water. Breakfasts are held in the basement / with infantes and people with disabilities it will be difficult to get down, so read the reviews in advance and choose a hotel according to your wishes and capabilities. Standard tea/coffee, yoghurts, cheese/sausage slices, fruits/apples, oranges, tangerines, kiwis, fresh vegetables are served for breakfast, oatmeal will be cooked or an omelet will be made on request/scrambled eggs, also for hot: cheesecakes / casserole / pancakes, green beans,broccoli, sausages, breast fillets, there were also fish sandwiches, sweets. It's almost like home. Located in a quiet but convenient location, there is a small parking lot. nearby, a 3-minute walk to the Gallery shopping center and metro station. The staff is friendly. The only inconvenient point is the lack of a mirror at the entrance. We spent 5 nights there and we are not even considering other accommodation options when planning our next visit to Minsk!Thanks!

The hotel is conveniently located in the very center. From the metro 5 minutes from the train station 25 minutes on foot. The room is spacious, the bed is huge, the mattresses are comfortable. The room was cleaned for 3, there were not enough hygiene items in the bathroom, there were no toothbrushes at all, the employee at the reception could not help with these issues. The safe in the room did not work.

At the end of May 2022, we were in Minsk and stayed at this hotel.
Location: excellent, city center. Nemiga metro station is nearby.
The street is quiet, the noise of traffic is not audible at night.
Room: huge, bright, clean. The room area is 44 m2.
The bed is 3 meters wide. You can sleep across))).
Bathroom: large, combined. Large shower cabin. Gels, soaps, etc. are present. There are towels)))).
Breakfast: buffet. The choice of dishes is sufficient, it is difficult to stay hungry. An omelette with bacon and fried eggs were prepared for us by order. It's not just delicious, it's very tasty.
Next time we go to Minsk, we will choose this hotel again.

Convenient location, reasonable price, spacious rooms, quiet. In general, everything is not bad, toilet paper is in stock in the room. The only point is the breakfasts, they charge 35BYN for the price, which is quite a lot, but in fact it is a rather modest breakfast, which is difficult to estimate at such a cost.
At the same time, when it turned out, the money for the "not eaten" breakfasts was returned without question. We discussed the problem a bit and how it can be solved. In this regard, I think that soon there will be something like a breakfast menu, where guests will be able to choose the best option for themselves.
Otherwise, everything is fine, we can recommend it :)

For a hotel that positions itself at 4 stars, it's a little weak. Location in the center. The rooms are large, it seems there are repairs, but there are questions in the details. The keys are still iron, without magnetic cards. When checking in, I saw traces of the previous tenant - a piece of paper with a Wi-Fi password was crumpled. Breakfast is the worst of all the hotels in Minsk where I have been. In fact, there is nothing to eat except scrambled eggs and a sandwich. I don't recommend it. According to the price / quality ratio, you can find more worthy places in the center.

Not a bad hotel, the rooms are large, a big bed and a nice bathroom. Now about the cons - private Parking, small, 4-5 cars, inconvenient check-in, but there is enough space in principle. Breakfast for four, from 8 to 10, but it is better to come before 9-00, otherwise some ingredients (dishes) may not be enough, keep in mind. As it is, everything is fine.

The hotel is perfectly located, the room is large, the bed is huge. There is its own parking lot behind the hotel. BUT. Unfortunately, half of the outlets did not work, I had to look for a working one with a hair dryer. When the bathroom door is closed, the plastic communication hatch falls off. There are no nets on the windows, so they picked up a bunch of mosquitoes, and I didn't want to sleep with the air conditioner. You lie down or get out of bed, it creaks. The refrigerator is noisy.
