Excellent staff.Responsive girls both in the laboratory and in the donor room.Polite cashiers, cloakroom attendants.A very pleasant woman-a receptionist, a charming secretary. The director is competent in matters of hematology and donation. There's a TV in the buffet. The only inconvenience is the lack of storage rooms on the floor of the donor hall.
The staff is very polite and careful towards donors, they ask about their well-being during donation. Also, upon delivery free of charge, a full lunch is paid for and memorable gifts are offered (flash drive, T-shirt, etc.)
I'm a blood donor. Here every two months. There are no parking problems.
The staff are just sweethearts.
Stress tolerance outside of the competition, whether in person or on the phone
I donated blood 12 times in this place.
There are people, the toilet is functioning, tea is like in a school cafeteria, like going on a date with girls. That's just lately I'm not sure that giving my blood 450 milliliters is right and healthy for the body, so I haven't visited for a long time and I'm unlikely to visit after my new visit, which will be just on my birthday. Well, for one thing, this wonderful holiday is a meeting in the company of people. Maybe at least someone will smile at me, since luck has not smiled at me for a long time, or perhaps she has never smiled at me at all, because this / she is not a living being and cannot smile.
The attitude towards customers is at the highest level. The staff knows their job. Queues can be long, but only because of the number of people willing, and not delays on the part of the staff.
Terrible organization for PCR tests. Several hundred people are recorded for the total period of time from 8 to 14 and in the morning they all stand in a huge queue for payment in a crowd both inside in cramped conditions and on the street. Complete unsanitary conditions in such conditions. There is also a separate queue for the QR code before payment. About 2 hours really need to be spent there in the crowd to get to the test. This is very bad.
I was tested for COVID. Friendly staff.
The documents were processed promptly. When a long queue appeared at the cashier for registration of paid services, the queue for issuing the necessary documents was quickly reorganized. I passed the tests and received the documents very quickly.
Experienced doctors work, I donated blood everything was fast, they also prompted me and gave me food, I put a class , thanks for the food, it's just a pity that there was no marshmallow ((((
I was vaccinated against coronavirus here: I liked the opportunity to record through the site with a choice of a specific time, including on weekends. Very convenient.
At the time of signing up for blood donation, my weight was 56.6, after I spent my time going first 4 times to my district polyclinic to collect documents, changing two vehicles on the way to the blood donation center, I was refused because their scales showed 55.2. I feel resentful for the time, money, and effort I've spent.
The PCR test is done quickly, do not be afraid of the queue - it's for paperwork... Although it's time to conclude a public contract and that's it-there is no queue!
A wonderful place, I am a donor, there has never been any rudeness, ignorance on the part of employees. Respect to the employees of this center for coping in such a difficult time💪💪💪
Good health! For such a number of women in one place, it is quite
a sane team. The women on the fence are generally on Fire! Thank you for your hard work!
The first time I was very comfortable in a medical school)) Everyone is careful not to swear at the queue because they are being called there. I recommend
If you need to take tests for a fee, then you are here.
I was assigned an analysis, which in other paid centers cost 3 times more expensive than here and was done faster in time.so I have 5 stars.
I always donate blood here. It will do in terms of speed, but if there are a lot of people, then you can sit with a therapist for 2 hours. The doctors are excellent, they take care of the bloodshed)
There are a lot of donors and they are more or less coping. Of course, I would like the queue to move faster (especially to the therapist for a ticket).
The food is excellent.
I don't like that after the delivery you need to get a certificate, then with a certificate in another window (on another floor), and then with the same certificate for payment on the first floor.
I've been donating blood at this place for several years now. The service is always so pleasant, they always ask if everything is okay during the donation, everyone smiles and is very friendly!!!! I realized that I want to donate blood only here, where it is cozy and comfortable at home!

The attitude of the staff is at the highest level, the nurses in the donor room are very friendly and cheerful.Despite the large number of donors, I want to come here. You will be told thank you for giving your blood for the good!
Most of the staff are rude, especially the women at the checkout and the women from room 218, went to the buffet not during their break and sat there for 40 minutes, creating a huge queue
