It's very bad, for a wheelchair user, you can't go upstairs, there is no information on the phone, you can't get through to your home phone, you can make a group of disabled people in a wattsap and a group for an individual assistant. Then I asked and got the answer. It is very rude to treat newcomers who want to register, they drive back and forth, and then they say you did not have enough documents. It's the first time I've seen such a thing, and even in Temirtau they don't want to help disabled people at all.
