Standard double room, third floor. Excellent. Quietly. Exit to the private terrace, where you can sit in the evening. The breakfast is very decent, richer than the average European one. It's hospitable. There is one Russian channel. Kettle, refrigerator in the room. The bed is without flaws. The linen is of high quality. The place is super, the center. From the large terrace there is a view of the cable car, the Kura, the center. The whole old town is in the palm of your hand. I really liked it.

A cozy little hotel in the heart of Tbilisi. It was clean enough, the room was small, but there was everything you needed for a few
days to spend the night. I got a room with a view of the Temple!! Continental breakfast) , included in the price.

What a wonderful hotel! My intuition did not let me down when choosing! Cozy, clean, friendly!
Daily room cleaning with a change of towels, toiletries (soap,shampoo), hearty breakfasts with homemade Georgian cuisine)! The main advantage is the location! The center of the main sights of Tbilisi👌 Morning and evening amazing views of the wonderful old Avlabari district! Narikala Fortress,Metekhi Temple,Mtatsminda Mountain, Tabor Monastery, Mother Georgia sculpture,Peace Bridge,Rike Park made us fall in love with Tbilisi!❤️

We lived here for a few days with a large group.
Pros: location, view of the old town from the balcony, good staff, delicious and varied breakfasts.
Cons: the shower was leaking in the room, the old room stock, some rooms are very crowded.

Average. The location is good, the rest is not very good. I lived in a single room with a view of the verandah, I had to constantly keep the windows curtained. During the week there were some local holidays on the veranda, I could not sleep well. There is an iron, but rusty water flows out of it. The floors are very worn. Breakfast udase sausage with buckwheat is not for me at all. Instant coffee only. From the good - close to the center and friendly staff

The hotel is perfectly located, but it is better to choose something else. The rooms are very small, the beds are small, there are ants in the rooms on the 1st floor. The breakfasts are excellent, the staff is good.

For a three-star hotel, this location overshadows everything! The cleaning is great! Breakfasts, not to say wow, but you won't stay hungry. Everything is fine, but a huge minus is the hotel staff at the reception🤦♀️They either don't want to hear the guests, or they're half asleep. They asked for a lunch box several times at an early departure- yes, yes, but the result was zero. .. The maid will help more than the young guys at the reception. The wishes for the hotel are all great, but change the staff!

Nice, clean hostel . There is a shop , a canteen and a center nearby . A good mattress. The kitchen , shower and toilet are clean . Well done girls!!! Everything you need is there , but one minus , we lived in 1 room , there is a smoking room 3 meters from the window. All the smoke is in the room. Why do smokers have the right to smoke, but we non-smokers do not have the right to fresh air in the room???? It is strange and annoying in the resort town (

The location is good, away from the noisy streets. Cafes, shops, within walking distance. The staff is responsive to any request. Breakfast is a bit expensive if you book without breakfast. You can't drink coffee in the cafe in the morning either, since they open after 11 a.m. The rooms are clean, the mattresses are soft.

The hotel is gorgeous, the location is great. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the park with funiculars that go to the Narikala fortress, and about 7 minutes to the sulfur baths. The staff speaks Russian, everyone is very polite. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. Cleaning is done every day. Great hotel

Briefly and to the point. The rooms are cozy and clean. Cleaning, every single day! No dust (+ allergy sufferers and snobs), not a speck. Clean plumbing, shampoo-conditioner, soap are provided. The rest of the care (dental floss, paste, it is better to take with you). Air conditioning in summer is a salvation, a comfortable shower room.
Breakfast is included, the hits of the "morning dressing" are presented - hams, cheeses, sausages, biscuits, salads, vegetable salads, vegetable and cheese cuts, fruits....That's what you need!! Surprise for musical people, in the refectory, piano))
The center of Tbilisi, a magnificent view of the old town, the Kura river, the glass bridge and the park. In the evenings, there is a special atmosphere from the terrace. Car owners have a little headache with parking. The hotel is located on a one-way street, every meter is worth its weight in gold.

Overall, it is not a bad hotel. Good location in the city. Many attractions are within walking distance. The buffet is without much frills, but you can eat) I put a three for a poorly working shower and shortcomings in the work of plumbing in general.
