A bad cooperative. Eternal problems with debts and eternal legal costs. Paved roads in the cooperative were planned back in 2006. But they never showed up. The advice is better not to acquire real estate in this cooperative. The damn garage brings a lot of headaches. And the construction of "pools" (puddles from 3-36m long) still does not bother the chairmen of which have already been replaced for 14 years already 5. A few more words about security. She just doesn't exist. Yes, there is an old age. But they are useless. The alarm system handles much better. My advice is to consider cooperatives for Khataevich or Golovatsky, but not gspk 16
