I would like to express my deep gratitude to your workshop for the excellent work! Grandma's push-button phone has a broken micro USB connector. I disassembled it to better understand the problem and contacted various workshops in Brest, but for some reason everyone refused to take up such a simple task - to solder a new micro USB to the board. Only your workshop agreed to help. I immediately brought the disassembled phone, and I was quickly and efficiently repaired. Now everything is working fine and charging. Thank you so much again! The child brought the phone for repair.The phone didn't work.he was given an acceptance certificate stating the preliminary repair cost of 25 rubles.I went to the workshop with this paper and asked what was wrong with the phone.I was told that there was a problem with the motherboard.I asked the repair cost, to which they replied that it was necessary to check the chips, and they would find out which one was faulty when they changed the chips step by step.the repair cost is from100 to 200 rubles. if I don't repair it for them, then I have to pay them 25 rubles for diagnostics.nowhere in the acceptance certificate is it written that the phone was handed over for diagnosis and the cost of diagnosis is 25 rubles.even if they did the diagnosis, they didn't specifically tell me what kind of breakdown and specifically the cost of repairs, I refused to repair because the amount was not specifically announced and I did not know the amount.it may not be advisable to repair it.I was told to pay 25 rubles for diagnostics. what should I pay for, unless I was specifically told what to change.finger in the sky . we'll look for it, but pay 25 rubles.I do not advise you to get involved with such repairs.The fact that I grabbed the phone and ran away is a lie. I said I would pay for the diagnosis if they told me exactly what needed to be changed.They told me they didn't know exactly.I held the phone in my hands and said that I would not pay because there was no result.the employee snatched the order form from my hands, which indicated the repair cost of 25 rubles, not the cost of diagnostics.He told me he would call the police, and I agreed to do so.but he never called.I waited 5 minutes and walked calmly instead of running away.they used to change the module.a stripe immediately appeared on it during the issue.the master took it in his hands.I don't know what I did, but after 30 seconds the stripe disappeared.then, during operation, the strip often appeared and disappeared.Is this a marriage? Or not.the warranty is 2 months, not the normal 4 months..during the repair, the cable was cut off, so the phone did not work, it was repaired. keep your blacklist for yourself.normal people figure out what the problem is and fix it.and not as you say about some kind of black lists.
