The location couldn't be better, especially for those who live within walking distance. Metro, if necessary - 3 minutes on foot. On the downside, since they were built in the 80s, they are not impressive in size, the car fits normally, what else is needed. No one is going to demolish them. There are abandoned houses in any cooperative, not everyone uses garages all the time, for some it's a warehouse, for others it's a pub)))

There was an announcement that it would be demolished soon. Some of the garages are under sale. But alas, it's not worth it. Some garages are in poor condition (one has completely collapsed....).
