Firstly, not GSK-1, but GSPK-1. Secondly, the cooperative is old (1971-1976 years of construction, except for the metal ones, installed already in the 90s), accordingly, many garages are in disrepair (the owners have already aged from more, someone has already gone to another world, and children or relatives have moved away) - really, the trees on the roofs of somewhere they grow.... Most garages are 16-18 sq.m., i.e. small. The power grid is low-power, that the line entering the GSPK, that the internal wiring - you turn on the vacuum cleaner and the voltage drops from 220 to 190 volts... The asphalt, as noted here, is a bit old and broken in places, but on the bottom row (near the railway line) there is no asphalt at all - there is eternal mud, and after rain or flood there is a real flood, respectively, the basements on this row are flooded... For the last 2-3 years, no work has been carried out at all to restore order, because there is no normal leadership - the chairman is a temporary worker, almost no one goes to meetings (again due to the age of the members of the cooperative), the board is impetuous and inarticulate... Oh, yes, the cherry on the cake - a couple of months ago, the night shift at the guards was reduced, so there is NO security at night. We have never heard of video surveillance, an alarm button, entry passes and other security measures here... At the same time, the prices for garages in the case of sale are overestimated by nonsense.... In short, I put three stars out of nostalgia (after all, I've been living here for 15 years), and walking distance from home ...
P.S. Six months later...Well, that's the jinx. They put video cameras all over the cooperative. Now the "big brother" is watching you))... Otherwise, everything is the same.
The usual GK. Asphalt could be changed in some places, and put in some places! There are not enough shared dumpsters. There is a lot of garbage between the garage lines.
