Secondly, sticky sulguni cheese was used, which is incorrect, because Imeretian cheese or analogues are put in khachapuri in the original Adjarian way, it is more crumbly and it is convenient to mix it with yolk and butter and pick up crumb, and eat. Your option is inconvenient, sulguni is used only in Khachapuri in Megrelian - it's appropriate there. Well, in the third, there should be a dry bottom, and you have an unfinished dough. Now khinkali. They look amazing, probably some of the most beautiful khinkali I've ever eaten, but they taste good... The filling is perfect - plentiful, moderately spicy, lots of cilantro, super. But there is a deep miscalculation with the test. Firstly, it is tasteless, absolutely unsalted, which spoils the whole impression. Secondly, you have undercooked or overcooked, in general, soft dough, sticks to your teeth, especially at the foot, which is disgusting to eat. Go to Georgia or something, otherwise it's just a shame for two of the simplest and most divinely delicious dishes of Georgian cuisine.

It's a terrible place! We came for a business lunch. We don't have half of it, we ordered what we had. We waited 45 minutes for the order, we didn't get half of it, and the child was hungry! They're gone. the bill couldn't be removed, they said, I had to pay for everything, even what they didn't wait for! They also didn't give away all the change, and they wanted to cheat here! We won't come again!
